The dream of financial freedom, and working from home or anywhere you desire through a Multilevel Marketing MLM or network marketing opportunity is why people are attracted to this industry. Unfortunately, there is a missing link to the puzzle, and having success with this model. You are in for a shocker, insight into the state of the industry, and might possibly anger some people.

This industry has changed, and most people who are starting a multilevel marketing mlm business have no idea what they are in for. Many leaders who have been in the industry are throwing in the towel, and opting for another solution that is far more lucrative then the original concept of multilevel marketing MLM. If you have any intent of making at least $10K a month or more, you need to look at the state of the industry, and how you fit in.

The idea of the lifelong residual income just doesn't work like it used to. If you are currently in a home business, or have been in the past, you will understand what I mean. If you haven't been in a business before, this will save you money, time, and hardwork that doesn't pay out. Before I found this information I was a traditional brick and mortar business owner. When I found MLM I was attracted to the residual concepts, yet, the strategies taught did not resonate with me at all. I now understand exactly why this was not a sound plan for a serious business owner.

So for those of you who have ever been in an multilevel marketing mlm business, you know that you follow your upline's direction, and yet with all that hard work, you still see attrition and little reward for your efforts. You put two people in, and one person falls off. Do you feel like you are taking two steps forward, then a huge step back. Is your team full of people who need hand holding, and doubting if they will ever achieve success? All this for a measly few bucks.

You may work your way up to $2k a month, but you are working your butt off, and it will take a while. $2k a month will not let you fire your boss. Most comp plans require you to get 3, to get 3, to get 3, and actually chop your pay check in half. In some cases you aren't even making enough money to pay for your autoship.

Trying to build a downline the old school way in the day of the internet is like a tire with a hole in it constantly leaking air. You can't get ahead like this. This industry has become saturated with hype and prelaunches as the norm, with people hitting you up for joining their new business on a weekly basis. It is draining people who are working hard, and worse yet, it is instilling disbelief that one can actually achieve financial freedom. Many people join and quit if they don't see success in 3 months.

With the truth finally revealed, don't be caught in fear, there is an emerging movement that is taking the industry by storm. Professionals, marketers, and former brick and mortar business owners are sick and tired of the over promise, under deliver. They have closed their businesses down, and literally jumped into this new business model. This concept is playing a major role in the industry, and has changed it forever. Which is good news for all of us.

This does not require you to build a team of people to make a significant income. This business model is not a business opportunity or a product or company. It is an answer to a problem of tiny paychecks, and building a team of 10,000 people with attrition at 50%. Multilevel marketing MLM as you know it is dead, and the internet changed everything.

The reality is the original idea of multilevel marketing mlm was built around waiting 3-5 years to build your income, and in hopes your kids and grandkids could reap the benefit. But in this economy and new decade of 2010, we need results now. People do not have the same lives they did in the 90's or the luxury of time. Jobs have been lost, and it is not going to get any better in the near future. I will explain more about why I say that shortly. Bottom line, the business model allows you make thousands off of the work you do today. You do not have to wait, and that is a game changer for the home business industry.

You might be saying, why haven't I heard about this before if it is such a good idea? The truth is that most multilevel marketing mlm companies don't want you to know about this. They make a huge profit off the old ways.

The amount of start-ups in this industry is off the charts because the leaders are always searching for their next big gold mine of getting in at the top and trading people like they are a bad stock on the stock exchange. The guys who get in at the top are making a killing, and the guy at the bottom, middle and in between are hanging on for dear life waiting for their big break. This process of switching to the shiny new opportunity destroys your paycheck in multilevel marketing mlm, even if you don't want to switch companies. It is a sad truth.

The multilevel marketing mlm business has people chasing the elusive golden carrot and never getting ahead. This is not the economy to be chasing your tail like this. This is serious, this is people's lives we are talking about. There is nothing you can do about it, and if you are a leader in this industry you know exactly what I am talking about.

Let's quickly address the quality of people who come with this bag of hot air. The typical switched on business professional or business owner doesn't buy this old school method. They are not drawn to a multilevel marketing that promises them financial freedom from peddling a juice to every stranger in a three foot radius. They want a proven business model that will show them how to achieve their multiple six figure income quickly, and honestly.

So now what? You have to decide what YOU want and if you are willing to put up with the industry norm in multilevel marketing mlm. If you are willing to put up with people switching every 6 months to 24 months and you go along with them, then stay your course. If you you are sick and tired of the three ring circus like I was, with attrition, hand holding, over selling just to get people in for a few bucks, prospects who thought $300 was too expensive to start a business, then it might be time for you to move on.

If you would like to make more money in one sale then you would with the risk of a shrinking downline, then this new business model might be for you. If distributors are going to jump around and follow the next shiny new thing, make money on them today. The other fact to consider is that money is worth more today then it will be in the future. That is a plain fact of how the economy works, and decreases in value.

Most networkers, and entrepreneurs in the home business arena are employee minded people who rarely do what it takes to be successful, so why not be paid for you time and effort whether they build a business or not.

Let's look at the numbers from a CEO perspective. A multilevel marketing MLM is built around the idea that you have to build a significant downline of thousands to make $10K a month. The new business model does not require you to build a downline, and you are able to make $10k a month with 5-10 customers or less. This compressed income and fast flow of money makes it finally a reality for an average person to have success in this industry.

One of the perks of working with this new business model is the quality of people it attracts. You will not be surrounded by a bunch a dreamers who have no idea how to get ahead. And it's not their fault, they are caught up in the dream and a low paying opportunity and vicious cycle. This business model attracts serious people who want to make serious money. Here is the bottom line, even if you didn't have the industry knuckle heads messing up attrition, and whiners sucking the energy out of you, the multilevel marketing MLM industry as we know it today pays out less money for the same amount of work you can do with this new business model.

What is the risk for you? You have to decide how bad you want your dream life. There are no guarantees in your success unless you take action. I don't know what kind of a person you are, but I do know what is possible. The risk to us was nothing. It was a far greater risk to do nothing. But we are business owners who were sick of the head aches of a brick and mortar business. We knew this new business model was the answer for us. We weren't afraid to invest, because honestly the investment was a tiny fraction of a traditional business investment.

Any serious business owner will tell you, if you invest low, the payout will be low. So you have decide what income level you want to achieve and what you are willing to do to get it. Your income can never be guaranteed because everyone works differently. Keep in mind that all businesses are based off of a product or service, and in this new business model is no different. If it is a worthwhile business, the product or service will be guaranteed with satisfaction.

Now let me address why it is important for you to act now, and make the income you deserve today, without banking on a residual that doesn't look steady or secure. The economy is in a bad state as we all know, but your dollar as weak as it is, will get weaker. Unfortunately, I don't have time to go into why, but all of the real economic forecasters will tell you, we will see losses bigger then we have. It is important for you to protect yourself and the future of your family.

The people who are educated will be part of the biggest wealth transfer in history, while those who are not educated will be left in the dust and in most cases completely wiped out. I don't say this to scare you, as I want to press upon you that you will need to do something to get your finances in a better place.

You will need to align yourself with people who are at the income you desire to have, so they can show you exactly how to obtain it. It is more of a risk to wait and see what happens, then it is to invest into your future and ultimately invest into yourself.

If any of this resonates with you, and you are fed up with the rat race, and peddling everything to everyone, reset your entrepreneur button and take it seriously. Do your due diligence and look into this new business model. Don't be afraid when you see people making an obscene amount of money, it could be you too. The only difference between you and them is that they took the risk and invested into their future by aligning with smart people who can help them.

You can have the dream life you have always wanted. You have to grab it, be wise, and move forward. If you are a doer and are looking for like minded serious business owners, this new business model will answer your problems.
