Use your talents to your advantage if you are an effective communicator, then that is a skill and you should be using that skill to display your knowledge. Speaking on useful topics providing others with valuable input to help them come up with solutions for problems they have.

Your ideas are priceless so you should be prepared with a pen and note pad to take your ideas down now when you have them. So they are captured and you have them to put into action.

Start your day and end your day at the same time this will help you to be consistent. And meet the energy demands that come from working in front of a computer screen for long hours.
