Productivity is following a order of operation a sequence of tasks arranged so that you are on auto-pilot with your productivity when you follow them. Knowing the things that are time wasters and saying clear of them is truly half of the battle. Give these things a trying and you productivity will improve greatly.

Ideas For Increased Productivity

Everyone has a bout with this at one time or another. And life shows up differently on

any given day so when it does. Here are some things that will get you back in the game.

Just Start : Can be the absolute most difficult thing to do so just put your head down

and just start once you get going you always wonder why couldn't I just do that.

Know Your Groove: Each of us has a time when we just are more productive, than at

any other time so that is your time that is your groove work it to your advantage.

Maximize Focus: Work by a timer that is set to 50 minutes when it goes off take a 10

minute break and includes getting some fresh air drinking some water and breath in and

out deeply. The brain starts to loose focus after 50 minute your focus starts to wander

and you start to work against yourself.

Don't Allow Distractions: Turn off the phone get a understanding with those that live

with you that this is the time when you need for them to support you. And not to disturb

you.

Uniformity: Start and end each day at the same time, this conditions your body and mind

to this being the norm. A set amount of work with a set amount of rest. If you work those

marathon hours it will take you much longer to recuperate. And you won't have that keen

focus.

Prioritize: Begin your day putting the biggest tasks at the start of your day. Then take on the

smaller tasks based on their importance.

Capture Those Ideas: These are your most priceless commodities, when they strike have

a pen and notepad at the ready. So you can write them down so you will be able to act on

them later.

Be efficient and effective: In all on your communications keep them short, sweet

and to the point. Say more in less words trying to convey power.

Leads with Your Strengths: If talking on the phone is easy for you then you should be

putting that talent to use . By interacting with people and helping them in find answers

to what has them in the dark.

There you have some things you can look into. Apply them and see what kind of results
