Why Work From Home?

Sitting at our cubicles wondering how we are going to make it through the day? Our to-do list continues to grow as each minute passes and it only addresses those items that must be done at work. Add family responsibilities on top of everything and there is just not enough time in the day to get everything done!

How do we begin to manage? Well, we can take a time management course. We can read up on the different approaches on how to juggle life and try to achieve the balance we are looking for; however, the fact is there still isn’t enough time. What will happen is we will continue to maintain the level of time our boss dictates is necessary for the job and cut back on those areas of our life we find the most satisfying (ie. spending time with family, enjoying hobbies, volunteering, relaxing, etc).

Why not consider working from home?

By working from home, we can experience the flexibility needed to maintain a job, keep up with family responsibilities and not feel exhausted by the end of the week. The question is how do we work from home and make a decent income?

It is all about working smarter and not harder. One of the gold mines today, for those with an entrepreneurial spirit, is internet marketing. If you can master the world of internet marketing, you open the door of possibilities. The possibility of working at the times you want to work, becoming your own boss and enjoying more family time.

What a concept! Managing work around personal life while delivering a decent or even extraordinary income versus what all of us do today which is trying to squeeze in our personal life around work.

Live a life where I can manage my job around my personal life—this is my goal by year-end. With the training I am receiving from Carbon Pro, there is no doubt in my mind this cannot be accomplished.

I challenge those of you who are entrepreneurs to join me in redefining their approach to life.

Re: Trade Shows - Are They Worth It? Re: Trade Shows - Are They Worth It? - HI, I have used trade shows (not participated) to collect potential clients. For example, the Home & Garden Industry is extremely behind the time in regards to their websites. I attended an Home & Garden Expo in Denver and collected all the companies contact information. I plan on cold calling & mailing information to each business. It also gave me time to research the industry more, talk directly to the owners in many cases, and learn more about what they need. Jeff
