As a result of the ever growing online business industry, more and more people are jostling for page space on the internet. This can be done in many ways, with some techniques are a lot more expensive than others! This can be a daunting time for new comers to the industry and be very off putting, especially when you may be spending money even though you don't really know what you are doing, or even worse spending money that you don't have spare!! Blogs, article writing and free classifieds are all ways in which you can increase you profile across the internet at no cost, and as long as these are done right they can provide results for you. Remember what I have said previously though...........people don't want you to give them the hard sell, they want to receive information that solves a problem for them! If you provide information that is helpful to them they may not buy anything for you however they will more than likely come back to read future blogs or articles, eventually they will see the value you can provide them if they don't see it first time!

Now for a FREE tip when distributing blogs, articles or simple status updates.... use ping.fm. Register with all of the sites listed; it'll take a bit of time and can be tedious however it is worth it in the long run. Once you've done this you'll no longer need to upload blogs, articles or even updates onto all of you sites, simple add them to this site and PING. The site will send them automatically to all of your additional sites.

Remember whether you are new to this industry or a seasoned professional using FREE advertising for you online business does provide results for you and the better you become at this the more profitable your business may become!

There are so many ways to get traffic to your site for FREE or for low cost... If you have a product already you could start marketing now! There's no need to wait to start. You could start marketing Now and still save!
Re: Top Banner Help - Hi I think I freebie is a good idea say after 10 posts or 30 days. I know when I joined there was some FREE seo report which I think is a great incentive to new entrepreneurs. If its still available I think that would be work great as a banner? Also you could promote it on digg, use an attention grabbing headline ' FREE SEO Report' or 'Are you performing?' something like that? Instead of the same banner on each page you could have a selection of banners rotating Another suggestion is start a 'entrepreneur directory' and after 10 quality posts - (moderators decision) you can submit yourself with a link to your website? Just a few thoughts.

Re: Hello, I'm brand new - You need to go to your User Control Panel /Profile/Edit Avatar where you will be able to put a pic or avatar of your choice. Hope this helps, any problems let us know, take care, Carol
