Create Wealth, Where Does the Average Person Start?

Written by: Jim Whittaker

Article Overview: We hear the phrase all the time, the rich keep getting richer. Does that mean there is no hope for any one else? I don't think so. But it doesn't really matter what I think, the only thing that matters if what a person looking for wealth thinks. Believe it or not, average people like you and me are creating wealth every day. This article explains how.

Create Wealth, Where Does the Average Person Start?

Wealth can be described in many ways. You can be wealthy in love, health, family, friends and you can be financially wealthy, which I would like to talk about today. How does an average person gain or create wealth. Up until the financial markets collapsed in 2007, you could have said the stock market and/or real estate. They are still good markets for the wealthy to get wealthier, but for the average person to create wealth from scratch, not so true. So what's left, the internet.

The internet is the one thing that is giving leverage to average people, creating millionaires in any market. When I say average, I mean people with no previous experience, jumping in and getting there piece of the pie. From teenagers to the most recent success story I read, about a woman that was almost 80 years old. From varying backgrounds, countries, cultures and trades. The world wide web does not set limitations or restrictions on who can use and prosper from it.

So where do you start this great adventure. Regardless of whether you are brand new or have been trying to stake your claim on the internet without success, start with people that are already having the kind of success that you are looking for. Search out those achieving the kind of income that you desire. Next, find out what they are doing? Are they selling a product or service, consulting, teaching or coaching? Make sure whatever it is, you will be proud to put your name and reputation to it. Is there a company involved, what is the reputation and history? Third, How are they doing it? Are they doing something that you would be comfortable doing? Are there systems in place? Is it easy to learn and is there training and support? Will you have a personal sponsor/coach?

If all of your criteria has been satisfied on the above questions, the next step is to find out how and where to join or get started. Is there cost involved? If so, what do I get for my money? How long will it take before I have income? What kind of income can I expect? Of course these questions are not engraved in stone. If there are other things that are important to you and your business, seek the answers. This gives a foundation to get started. If you are reading this blog, you have more than likely made a decision to make a positive change in your life. If you feel like an online opportunity may fulfill those goals, please use this information and begin the journey. As stated in chineese proverb "The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step."

If you do not have an opportunity in mind or need a place to start, visit the website in the bio of this article.

Wherever the journey make take you, I wish all your dreams come true.

Just as a commenter said on your post... don't call it a blog. I agree.
Re: 40 cents per dollar is spent in a franchised business Re: 40 cents per dollar is spent in a franchised business - Hey Ringo, In general terms the location itself isn't even looked at until the franchise agreement is signed and the fees are paid to the franchisor. Then and only then do they start looking for a location. This is common practice and with the plethora of commercial locations that are available right now we are seeing landlords bend over backwards on negotiations to get a good tenant. That being said, the area is what the franchisor will look at on the demographics, they won't generally put a franchise in an area just because a buyer wants it there, most times the buyers have a preconceived notion of what they consider "the right spot". The franchisor has the data to support specific demographics, so that is where the help comes into play. The due diligence items I recommend looking into prior to buying are: 1. Average Expenses. 2. Average Revenues. 3. Litigation. 4. Business model. 5. Training. 6. Existing franchisees. Most of the time once you get through those things the rest is easy to get through. You need to know how much it cost, how much you can make, what is your exposure legally, is the model right, who/how are you trained and talk to as many existing franchisees as you can. You are looking for consistency. There is absolutely no way that every single franchise owner is happy with the home office, it is just impossible. You are looking for consistency, hearing the same things in general. Numbers, support, training, advertising, marketing, ongoing training, growth, industry etc... If you don't hear consistent things, most likely the model isn't working in all markets or there is something else affecting it like industry or distribution or training.
Respect?!? Respect?!? - Hi there, A successful business depends on ongoing series of transactions. This inlvolves people. To what extend is respect important? When one thinks of himself alone, like me, me and me, how can respect become real? How many types of respect can we come up with? I think of a few: Respect of disagreement can be one. Then there is Respect of the Customer. Respect of position. Respect of 'Older Person'. By the same token, Respect of the 'Younger ones'. etc..... Has anybody got any other ideas on this subject. Kindest Regards Beat "Unlock People's Potentials!"
