So you're ready to take your business to the next level. You know that you have what it takes to build a successful business, but you need some guidance. You've heard that blogs are an effective way to market your business but you're not sure how to go about it. You may have written a wonderful blog post, but no one will see it if you don't promote it. There are many ways to promote your blog post such as social bookmarking, and website directories. You can also promote your blog on social media sites such as Twitter or Facebook.

You can syndicate your post through your RSS feed. Or you can distribute your post to the article directories. Always place the link to your blog in your email signature and on your other websites. The more promotion you do, the more likely someone will find your post and read it.

You use your blog to let people get to know you, to find out what you are about. Your blog is your hub on the social media sites that you post on. You build relationships with people through your blog. You will direct people to the landing page of your website from your blog.

It's important to have your blog in a format that can be ranked by the search engines. For example, blogs created on Wordpress.com are ranked with Wordpress. However, blogs created on Wordpress.org and hosted on other websites like GoDaddy or Hostgator are ranked independently by the search engines.

When you create a blog post it's important to focus on specific keywords. You do that by putting a keyword in every post to your blog, that is, put the keyword in the title of your post. You should also indicate the keywords in the tags for each post. Implementing these tips will improve your page rank so that you'll be found on Google.

As you do, you are on your way to creating a successful home business. You are manifesting the life of your dreams.

The Best Business Books Ever: The 100 Most Influential Business Books You'll Never Have Time to Read - this is a fascinating book about the history of Business theory, and I'd recommend it to anybody. 2. The Big Book of Small Business: You Don't Have to Run Your Business by the Seat of Your Pants, by Tom Gegax. Ditto. 3. PADI: The Business of Diving Book Okay, so this book won't be of use to anyone who doesn't want to start a scuba store, but I did, and this book was of course invaluable to me in reaching that goal.
