THE ROAD TO WEALTH
THE ROAD TO WEALTH
A person's right to life means his right to have the free and unrestricted use of all the things which may be necessary to his fullest mental, spiritual, and physical unfoldment; or, in other words, his right to be rich. The person who owns all he wants for the living of all the life he is capable of living is rich, and no person who has not plenty of money can have all he wants".
If you think about it the road to wealth is accessible to all who earnest seek to find its corridors. But to achieve wealth one must have clear goals, dogged persistence and the correct mindset.
GOALS
Every goal will require sacrifice of some kind, and it's easy to forget this sometimes! Most often we tend to focus on what we stand to gain from the achievement of our goals, not what we stand to lose. However, failing to acknowledge and prepare for the sacrifices can set us up for a rude awakening, and even threaten our eventual success.
When it comes to sacrifices, only two things matter:
Is it worth it?
With every goal, you need to know that what you stand to gain is worth the cost of what you'll have to give up.
Are you willing to do it?
Even more important than the first question, this one helps you get clear on whether your goal is truly important to you - or not.
If you decide you're not willing to make sacrifices at this time, you may need to choose a lesser goal until you feel ready to take on bigger challenges in the future.
PERSISTENCE
Persistence is an essential factor in the procedure of changing desire into its monetary equivalent. Persistence is a state of mind and like all state of mind it is based on definite causes. Definiteness of purpose is the first, and perhaps, the most important step towards the development of persistence. Those who cultivate the habit of persistence seem to enjoy the insurance against failure.
MINDSET
"Whatsoever things ye ask for when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them," said Jesus.
It is not enough that you should have a general desire for wealth. See the things you want as if they were actually around you all the time. See yourself as owning and using them. Make use of them in the imagination just as you will use them when they are your tangible possessions. Dwell upon your mental picture until it is clear and distinct, and then take the mental attitude of ownership toward everything in that picture. Take possession of it, in mind, in the full faith that it is actually yours. Hold to this mental ownership.
In the mental realm, enter at once into full enjoyment of the things you want.
Fortune gravitates to men whose minds have been prepared to attract them. Poverty is attracted to the one whose mind is favorable to it, just as money is attracted to the one whose mind has been deliberately prepared to attract it

In the first chapter of his book, The Science of Getting Rich, Wallace D. Wattles said, "The object of all life is development, and everything that lives has an inalienable right to all the development it is capable of attaining.

There is nothing wrong in wanting to get rich. The desire for riches is really the desire for a richer, fuller, and more abundant life - and that desire is praiseworthy.
