Work At Home For The Fun Of It!

Do you really enjoy getting out of bed on a cold, dark Monday morning to go to work? How about facing the traffic, the long work day or even worse...the office politics! I don't know about you, but on a warm, sunny day I sure don't want to go to an office and sit in a cubicle all day. I did that...all of that, for many years! I can tell you first hand that it was not fun! So I decided to work from home and start an online business. It was the best decision I have ever made! Now before you get to excited, let me tell you that I still have to "work" everyday. Contrary to what you read there is no get rich quick opportunity out there. However, the fact that all the time and hard work that I do is for me and not someone else...makes it all worth it!

Now the fun part...or satisfactory part, or whatever you want to call it. Working when you want, how long you want and how often you want is what I call freedom! The worst part of working an 8-5 job was the last hour of the day. I would finish a project and it was 4:30 and I had to wait until 5 to leave...not enough time to start something new so I felt "trapped", kind of like being in jail. Now let me tell you how satisfying it is to see the money coming in and knowing it is all mine! Having an online business and being able to work at home is second to none. If you have kids, then I shouldn't even have to write about all the benefits and fun that comes with working from home.

By the way...my home office has 2 nice sized windows with an gorgeous view of the country, a private bathroom and my own kitchen! All right, the bathroom and kitchen are not "in" my office...but you get the picture.

To many people are stuck in a job that they don't like and don't want to be there yet do nothing about it. I did and now have a successful online business with the privilege to work from home and make as much money as I want. It wasn't always easy but I stuck with it and made it work and you can too! Learn to have fun with your life and start a work at home, online business today!

Re: Trade Shows - Are They Worth It? - HI, I have used trade shows (not participated) to collect potential clients. For example, the Home & Garden Industry is extremely behind the time in regards to their websites. I attended an Home & Garden Expo in Denver and collected all the companies contact information. I plan on cold calling & mailing information to each business. It also gave me time to research the industry more, talk directly to the owners in many cases, and learn more about what they need. Jeff
