Why MLM Systems Fail

Have you tried MLM? Tired of it not working or you? Tired of seeing the people above you do really well and you don't make anything? Tired of seeing your down line diminish? Yes you say but what do you try next.

Why do MLM systems fail?

One reason is the lack of leadership. You are promised the world but the promises are never realized. You are sent off to work on your own but there is no one to give you the positive reinforcement to keep going when you are having a bad day. Everyone has a bad day at times and there needs to be the leadership to give you the motivation to keep working.

Another reason is people give up before they can see the rewards of their hard work. In the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill he tells a story of selling out a gold mine as they thought the vein of gold had disappeared. They sold the mining machinery to a junk man for a few hundred dollars and went home. The junk man called in a mining engineer who told him that the vein would be found just 3 feet from where the prior owners had stopped drilling. The original owners quit just short of reaping their reward. The junk man took millions of dollars in ore from the mine because he got expert help before giving up. Most people expect things to happen quickly, this rarely happens. It takes time to build your business.

In my opinion, the most frustrating is you are working on a lead for a long time and then someone they are related to or their best friend decides to do what you are doing and that lead that you have groomed for so long joins under someone else.

I have found a home based business with a good compensation plan. They have a system set up that monitors your leads so they can't be taken from you. The leadership and motivational systems are continual. Training is provided that is the best in the industry. Do the research for yourself.

Re: What inspires you? Re: What inspires you? - Another inspiring thing is which I really likes "Most People Fail because, their dreams are small". Most people like to engage with something or teh other. If they can truly listen to their inner voice and work towards achieving it, then you can see "miracle in action". So, big changes happen, when you think BIG. If you cannot to think BIG, you cannot do BIG things too. Robert
