In previous articles, we have touched on what a multi level marketing business model is and how it works. There are also some common misconceptions about MLM’s. They are often portrayed as a quick and easy way to make money, a lot of money. Many people buy into the hype because the basic premise of sounds good. Work now to create your network and reap the benefits later. After all, who doesn’t want to retire early and continue to bring in a profit? There are many reasons for the entrepreneurs’ collapse of multi level marketing (MLM). To begin, most people who sign up to become distributors are very enthusiastic.

This is great for their sponsor who has hooked them on achieving financial freedom. The recruitment method often involves convincing a person that if they believe strongly in their own success and follow the steps laid out for them, they will succeed. Unfortunately, these would be entrepreneur’s collapse of multi level marketing (MLM). Even if their mentor provides them with valuable information, the recruits often drop out within six months. One of the reasons for this is that most people are natural followers, not leaders. They have a “9 to 5” mentality that does not encourage out of the box thinking, or outside what they consider “normal”.

As soon as they get tired of working their leads and generating traffic that is unproductive, they follow the next promise of wealth. They flit from product to product, network to network like butterflies, winding their way through a field of flowers, stopping at the next inviting bloom. Many experienced distributors have looked ahead and seen that MLM’s are becoming a dying breed. More and more are moving to funded proposals while they structure their business around top tier direct sales. The transfer of network marketers from the traditional business model means the entrepreneurs collapse of multi level marketing (MLM).

In top tier direct sales, the products sold are of a higher caliber than those sold by multi level marketers. They are also more expensive and target a different audience. The entrepreneurs’ collapse of multi level marketing business (MLM) means that there is an entire industry looking for products to represent. Get paid today sales (GPT) is a concept that has come out of the waning MLM era. It allows top tier direct marketers to make money on the products they sell today, rather than waiting for monthly or even quarterly checks. Cash flow becomes consistent and there is no reliance on the stability of a down line for security.

Why do people hate Network Marketing / MLM? - I've been looking at a number of different opportunities and end up meeting a lot of Network Marketing / Multi-Level Marketing people. Some of the offers look interesting but everyone I talk to about it says to avoid these guys like the plague - what's the deal? Why do people hate network marketers and MLM people so much? My initial reaction to the business was "snake-oil salesman" but once I got to understand the "overall business model" I am now an advocate to it. MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) is also known as Network Marketing. I realized an MLM business is no different than any other business. One needs to focus on both words "Network" and "Marketing" and give both equal respect. Some people focus heavily on the Networking part but forget "Marketing". I've started to use Building on a Budget and Magnetic Sponsoring concepts in my NM business and have found that people don't get involved so much because of the product but more because of what you bring to the table as far as marketing systems and support. I have both products listed in my signature. you don't have to buy it as the link to the free videos itself provides you a good understanding of what is required to position yourself as my above paragraph. If you do plan on purchasing it I can tell you that the measly $40 will open your eyes BUT your upline will not be too happy (atleast in the short term) beacuse the system is not duplicateable. I wrote this post as a polar post to Bulmer's reply as I have exhausted the friends and family networking and realized i never really focused on marketing. My leads now are more qualified and open to hearing about my opportunity than the other way around. my 2 cents if you plan on growing an MLM or Networking Marketing business.

WHen you join them they endorse you with the promise giving you ready made FREE websites, autoresponders, ezines, traffic tools and you think that you get 2000$ bonus when you join them, but you have to pay certain amount of money monthly to join them and you have to make referrals (refer others to the same program) so you could return your money back. In Most MLM programs you will have to refer at least 4 new members to the same program to be in profit which becomes frustrating for most people, especially newbies. But recently, there was program called Cruise to Cash which is good program (they don't consider themselves MLM although). MLM can be good opportunity for entrepreneurs having large list. For newbies, it is most times another oppotunity to get scammed. Orxan

Facebook and Business - While on the Elevator today I read that MySpace and Facebook are surpassing adult-sites in traffic volumes - just thought that was interesting fact. As far as your business is concerned I think that having a Facebook account is viable as long as you keep it business and the most important thing to increase your traffic would be to link up with people well-known in your business-circle. e.g. if your were in the Marketing Business Circle I would link up with people like Dan Kennedy, Mike Filsame, Yanik Silver etc. People linked up with them will now start pouring into your content.
