A personal development plan is an action plan that will help you improve your skills and performance as a Network Marketer. It will help you reach your goals, and achieve success with your business.

Self Assessment

The first step is to identify the areas of your life that need improvement. Are you lacking skills that affect your job performance? Do you start work later than anticipated? How do you results compare against your peers? Do you need to make better use of your time? Do you have a hard time meeting your goals? What goals do you want to achieve for your business? Do you need to change your business marketing plan in order to reach these goals? Think about how you could improve yourself in each of these areas.

Set Goals

The next step is to set goals for yourself. Write them down, and frequently go back and review them in order to stay on course. It has been proven time and time again that individuals who write their goals down are more likely to achieve them than those who do not. Write down the short term and long term goals that you need to achieve. What do you want for yourself? Where do you want to be in 5 years? What is important to you right now? List the steps that you need to take in order to reach your goals. A personal development plan will help you focus and identify what areas you need to improve. It will help you reach your goals faster.

Take Action

The next thing you have to do is take action. You can always sign up for a mini-course online or in a classroom to learn new skills. You could spend time researching online or reading books to educate yourself in a particular subject matter. Maybe you need a mentor who can help you focus energy on one of your areas of opportunity. You need to take the necessary steps to reach your goals, whatever they might be. Maybe you need to change some bad habits. The Internet is an excellent resource for learning or developing new skills that you need in life, or at work. Make good choices, and act out your plan every day. You can change your life and correct your mistakes if you are aware of them. Commit yourself to your plan, and stick to it until you are satisfied with what you have achieved.

Track your Results

Keep track of what you have achieved and what needs more attention. Set new goals if you have to, and stay focused to achieve them. Don't get discouraged if you fail. You can learn from your mistakes, change your behavior, and prevent mistakes from happening again.

You need to be honest with yourself, and be determined to reach your goals. Your personal development plan will help you master the areas of your life that require attention and action. It will quickly help you reach your career or business goals. Your plan will put you on the new road to success.

From what i've been told they are really great when it comes to small business. Their loans have a little higher interest but their payment terms are a lot easier to swallow. I can give you a contact if you need.
