Climbing to the international space station on a string or on a rocket ship pulley is one way to get there. But the space shuttle is probably a lot safer. After all it is a long ride to get there, about two to three days in Earth time, so you need a lot of fuel. If you leave Earth on a Sunday you can be there by Wednesday, no kidding.

So how many of you are interested in the trip? Wouldn’t it be great if it were a common place thing already to be going around our solar system in tiny jetson like mobiles that could zoom through the space, on a tiny light cell, gathering energy from just the air or from a solar panel inserted into the vehicle?

Lots of people like to travel, but are you like me and want to really see it all? We have to keep the space program going and accelerating so that we keep learning about the other worlds that are out there. What if there really is no other life anywhere in the universe? Would it matter that we are here even then?

What are you values? Did you discover then yet? Do you yearn for knowledge beyond our spheres? Do you believe that perhaps GOD, as we think about a possible being or energy source that could have created that first atom, actually could exist somewhere, ruling the millions of galaxies that exist. Could the creator really be truly and intently magnificent?

Do you believe in a purpose? What about that book a Purpose Driven Life by Leonard Warren? Did you ever read that and see the shift that he creates? He says not what are your values? But have you discovered what your purpose on this earth is in relation to others. Not what do you want to do with your life, but what has the infinite creator brought you to this physical state to accomplish for his grand purpose.

The shift is immense. The possibilities endless, but the purpose is one. Have you noticed that people like Martin Luther King Jr. worked for one ideal his whole life? -freedom from black oppression and inequality . He said,” I have a dream that one day men shall be free”.

What about Nelson Mandela? -one ideal- freedom from apartheid. What about Henry Ford?-one ideal-freedom from the burden of long distance travel by horse and buggy-the car. What about Mahatma Ghandi-one ideal-freedom from rule external rule for a people and nation who could rule themselves, could work out their own problems. What about President Barack Obama? He ran on a freedom from the oppressive Washington insider group ticket, when all were so tired of the nepotism and the pork bellying greasing the pots in D.C. Has he cleaned it up? Or has he given up? Or perhaps the fight is still on.

What about Abraham Lincoln-one ideal- to free the slavery trade from continuing.

All these great men and women never proclaimed them selves the end all, rather they took up the cause of a group that they knew they could help, or at least they were willing to give it their all, dying for it if they had to.

How do you fit in to the grand scheme of things?

Next in our sphere is the freedom from debt that God wants us to live in. He does not want us to suffer from the yoke of debt. It is a matter of forgiveness. Just as Haiti’s debts can be forgiven so can those of the entire world. What a concept! If every nation forgives each others debts!. No one will owe anyone anything! If everybody forgives each other their debts, no one will owe anyone else anything. NO DEBTS. DEBT FREE NATION, DEBT FREE SOCIETY and DEBT free individuals, un-oppressed by the class leaders and the class structure that we have fallen into in order to get and have. The strong always oppressing the weak.

Put your money where your values are. Family values are those of acceptance, inclusion , love and forgiveness .

Through competition we sharpen ourselves and we drive ourselves to greater heights, faster speeds, more elaborate displays of human finesse and prowess. Unfortunately, some die in the process. So where exactly does all this competition leave us? Do we feel any better about ourselves in the long run because we are victors? Champions? Are the champions any better? Perhaps they try harder, can work harder , are rewarded by the dollars and the powers that be, but that still does not make them any better as human beings than the average person sitting on the couch watching them attempt the feats. Have we created a more harmonious world?

So what are your values? So where do you stand?
