What is the Best Internet Home Based Business?

If you picked 100 home based business owners and put them all in one room, and then asked the question: "What is the Best Internet Home Based Business?"  Everyone in the room would raise their hand!  And rightfully so as, that would be the correct thing to do.  It's important that you have belief in your company...or the business/product that you are promoting.

But, that does little to give you an actual answer.  So...again, what is the best internet home based business?  All I can do at this point is give you my opinion.  And, you all know what they say about opinions.  Yes, everybody has one. (Of course, there's a little more to it than that but...)  But we'll stick to the short version of the saying for now.

In this industry, it seems that the figure of $10,000 per month is somehow the magic number.  It's a goal that many entrepreneurs put place for themselves.  Now I know that there are a lot of people that would be happy with $5K per month.  While there are others that set their sights on $50K, $75K and even as high as $100K.  But for some reason, $10K per month seems to be the norm.

But, we're still looking for the answer to our question aren't we?  So, to get a good answer, I think we need to break it down into a "how long" type of question.  Because "how long" will help determine "the best".

I believe that it's possible to generate a $10K monthly income from practically any legitimate online business...with emphasis on the word "legitimate".  However, there is a very important element to consider and that is the element of "time".  You see, time is something that can never be replaced.  Once you lose time, it is gone forever!  So, I believe that the business that could bring in $10K per month in the shortest amount of time is going to be the answer to the question.

Now, let's consider many of the businesses that can be found daily on the internet.  I'm talking only legitimate businesses here.  We all know that there are a ton of scams out there.  But, they don't even count...and don't fit into our equation. 

Let's start out with the small ticket items or...low cost programs.  There are several that come to mind.  You know...the ones in the $10 to $100 per month category.  It is possible to create an income of $10K per month with any of them.  But the problem is...it can take a very long time.  Now, I personally know several people that have generated that amount of income in less than a year.  But, it is only a small handful.  Truthfully, most people will never see that income in a lifetime.  And, the few that do...it can take them more than a year and...sometimes several years to get there.

On the other hand, there are the big ticket items...or, as some like to call it, the "top tier companies".  With that business model, it obviously takes more money upfront to get started.  But, the reward is that, you can make more money faster.  For instance, many top tier companies have a compensation plan in place where a person can easily generate $10K by the second month.  And, if you join with the right person who has an action plan with proper training in place, it is possible to make $10K the very first month.  Does everyone do it?  No!  Is it the norm?  No!  But yes, it is possible.

Now, if I may be so bold...it is my opinion that it is ridiculously easy to make $10K per month!  Now, I can see people shaking their heads.  I can hear people saying, "well Steve...if it's so easy to do...why aren't more people doing it?"  Great question!  And my answer is, because they are using the wrong business model.  And as a result, that makes it impossible to reach the $10K milestone.

Now obviously, there are many other things to factor in...like training, support, sponsorship, etc.  But I'm not here to cover those topics.  I'm just here to talk about what is the "best internet home based business".  In my humble opinion, it can be a number of top tier companies.  And that's my answer.  If is definitely a "top tier" business model.  There are a few that come to mind.  You'll need to do your homework and determine which one is best for you.  I'm just here to answer "what is"...and not "which one is".  I have to try and keep it fair!

In the next article, I'll cover what to look for and what to look out for when choosing a top tier company.  But for now, if I hear someone ask the question, "What is the Best Internet Home Based Business?"...I'm sure that every hand in the room will go up.  I know mine will!
