Most people never think about whether or not they need training.  More than likely they were advised by a friend to check out a particular home based business opportunity or they joined a network marketing company they discovered from searching for opportunities.  The overwhelming majority of people joining a business opportunity rarely, if ever, read policies and procedures, terms of service or any other contract.  They simply check the box; I have read, understand and accept.  It is essential for you to read and comprehend documents before signing up with a company.   

Certainly you would never accept a job in a new profession without receiving appropriate training?  If you did, chances are you wouldn’t last very long because you would be unequipped to perform the duties required for that profession.   

Have you ever started a new job or gone into a new profession without being trained for the position?   Of course not, most everyone knows that in order to start working in any job, you need specialized knowledge and skills to be productive.  Even if you are experienced, you need to be trained in how that particular company operates.

According to most large network marketing companies, it takes six months of on-the-job-training before the company starts to make money from an employee. 

Yet most people who join a home based business opportunity give up in less than 90 days.   Clearly, if learning a job takes about six months to be productive, then maybe you can understand why things haven't worked out for anyone who threw in the towel before giving it a chance.

Yes, you need training in a new home business opportunity whether you are an experienced Internet Marketer or a newbie.  Before you join any opportunity, find out whether or not they have a training program to learn about the company, their software, websites, rules and regulations, their product and anything related to promoting the company’s product or service.

Also, it is your responsibility to search and learn new Internet advances on an individual basis.  The Internet is evolving at a very fast pace and you have to keep up with it by any means necessary.  You need self-motivation and self-discipline to make it all happen as you move toward achieving a profitable home based business opportunity.

In order to enter any profession, you need specialized knowledge, skills and training. 

If a company does not provide a comprehensive training program, then eliminate that opportunity from consideration and move on. After all, you need the training in order to make money for you and the company.  Beware of companies like that because it may not be a legitimate network marketing company. 

So clearly, without training in a home based business opportunity, your chances of success with the company’s business are limited. 

Also, it is your responsibility to search and learn new Internet advances on an individual basis.  The Internet is evolving at a very fast pace and you have to keep up with it by any means necessary.  You need self-motivation and self-discipline to make it all happen as you move toward achieving a profitable home business opportunity.
