Most people believe that diseases are result of people's unhealthy lifestyle and unsanitary environment. However, it has been proven that serious diseases like cancer, diabetes, heart diseases, and Alzheimer's are results of genetic anomalies and mutation. A research has been conducted recently by University of California, Berkley that found a way to cure people's genetic flaws. Scientists are exploring the idea on whether or not DNA tests can identify the genetic flaws of human beings, and cure the flaws with a vitamin especially prescribed for them. This is indeed a medical breakthrough that would mark a big change in the history of medicine.

More and more people nowadays are into custom nutritional supplements. These supplements supply the nutrients needed by our body. Although a lot of supplements and multivitamins are available in the market, not all of them can provide the nutrients our body specifically needs. This is because each person has different nutritional requirements. Thus, these specifically prescribed supplements will meet each person's essential needs. However, multiple tests should be conducted by the nutrition expert to identify the nutritional deficiency of one's body. In this way, proper diagnoses of the deficiencies will be acquired. Through these diagnoses, the nutrition expert will be able to identify what supplements should be given to the patient. Improper diagnoses could have a tragic effect on the patient. Excess and lack of a certain nutrient in the body can damage its mechanism which can lead to illnesses.

Custom nutritional supplements are designed to provide the lacking nutrients in the body. When they achieve this purpose, the body will have a balanced nutrition which makes it healthy and full of energy. One should follow the appropriate prescription of the supplement to attain his ideal body condition. Hence, follow up check ups should be conducted regularly to make sure that the body is getting the right nutrients, not excess and not lacking. This is because in some cases, over a long period of time, the body needs something more or something less.

Although most nutrients needed by our body are found in the food and can be obtained through proper diet, the food that we consume cannot contain them all because most of those nutrients are lost as they were cooked. With the aid of specifically prescribed vitamins, we can restore those lost nutrients in our body.

The introduction of custom nutritional supplements opened the door to further research on genetic flaws, which were found out to be curable through specifically prescribed vitamins. Curing genetic flaws would improve the health condition of a person and protects his offspring from developing the same anomalies in the future. Because of this, people can now look forward to a healthier future through new medical discoveries.

The research conducted by University of California, Berkley proves that finding cures for what we consider today as incurable diseases is already at hand. It also highlights that proper nourishment is the key to a healthy body, which can be obtained through custom nutritional supplements that would provide the exact nutrient our body needs.

Niche social network site - They are more concerned with the "already fit" market. I want to encompass it all. I want them, the younger naives, the older generation, those that train a little and a lot, those that need motivation. As well as a better and more functional "social network" scene. So shirts that are small/have small neck sizes will have short sleeves/body lengths... while larger ones will be too baggy and unflattering. At the moment, I'll shop at places like Banana Republic, Mexx and Club Monaco for "slim fit" casual shirts in size small or extra small (but their dress shirts are still too short in body length for me, i.e. to tuck into my pants). Any ideas for this?
