Either way, you need to keep the length of your voice broadcast message to thirty seconds. In the first three seconds, you must catch the attention of your potential clients. You can do this by presenting an offer that they cannot resist. Make a time-induced limitation on your offer so the call recipient can press the proper key that would lead them to your contact center and know more about your offer.

There is no need to complicate and exaggerate your message. Suffice it to say that your voice broadcast message is short and simple; direct to the point and catchy. Of course, you need to be polite as well. Since the message is pre-recorded, you need to ensure that the voice is friendly.

The good thing about voice broadcasting approach is its ability to generate results as quickly as when the message is sent. Expect that your business will be flooded with calls from customers eager to hear about your offer, and eventually make the most sought-after purchase.
