1. Since you are associated with online internet marketing, your account should also be business-like. Use their web links to create your business profile. Every social media network shall walk you through the process of owning your account.
2. Set all privacy settings should off or allow public access to your internet business profile in terms of leaving comments, sending messages and viewing the full profile. Bear in mind that most people are interested in the profile posted on their account, hence, be professional in all matters.
Of course, you should not exaggerate. Use simple yet powerful words for your profile. Internet marketing is attractive especially if you know how and when to use social media.
3. Do not keep a mystery image. Even large scale companies use their company logo as their profile picture. In your case, since you are into web internet marketing, you can either use your official website logo or you can be more personal and use your own photo.
The advantage of the latter is that you are providing your clients a step closer to you. By knowing your face, your friends on social media can feel friendlier towards you. Moreover, people are particular with how you express your face, thus, wear a very friendly expression. This way, people are likely to trust you more.
