What Are Some Attributes Of The Best Home-based Online Business

The characteristic I would like to talk to you about today that should exist without fail in one of the best home-based online business models is training and support. Training and support are so crucial in the success of new entrepreneurs. Let’s be honest, if you are just getting into online business, you rarely truly understand the full concept. That’s ok. There are so many success stories of people who had no experience when they start, however the main reason is because the system I work with is based entirely around training, support, and education. Therefore, it is possible.

Training and support teaches you what to do and then it is up to you to do it. Any of the best home-based online business models adhere strictly to this concept. They understand that you can lead a horse to water, but you cannot make it drink. The unfortunate part is that there are so many home-based business models out there that won’t even lead you to the water. They basically just tell you “yeah, you should probably drink something” but give you no direction. That is a recipe for failure and the major reason that 97% of entrepreneurs do, indeed, fail.

What kind of support should you expect, actually demand, from your home-based online business? Well, the level of support I demanded was high. I will list the requirements I had/have below:

1. I demanded it have ongoing, consistent training with live people. I don’t want some 300 page Ebook on how to succeed that has been recycled and regurgitated over the past 10 years and is mostly irrelevant!

2. I demanded it have a system in place that I could get up and running quickly and utilize while I learn how to create my own. I wasn’t interested in learning how to market for 6 months prior to being able to actually do anything. (while not a bad thing to do, it isn’t necessary)

3. I demanded it have successful, active leaders in the marketing industry that are monetarily invested in my success! Sadly, there is little motivation for people you pay up front to really stick it out until you succeed. If there is an incentive for every result you have, people are generally much more willing to be in touch.

It sounds strict, and it was difficult to find just that; possibly impossible if I hadn’t found the best home-based online business in the industry. The reason I had such strict guidelines for who I wanted to do business with is because if it didn’t meet those guidelines, I would assume most people wouldn’t succeed. If I am going to be coaching people, mentoring people, and showing people how to build the life they desire, then I want to make sure I have a powerful system backing me that allows them the best opportunity to succeed. Because of this fact, I aligned myself with my current organization. Here, the old saying comes into effect: Do as I do not as I say! I believe whole-heartedly in that saying. You must lead by example, and that is what I do.

Without ongoing, up-to-date training and support, a new entrepreneur is sure to have a very long, difficult road ahead and is most likely destined to failure. Sounds fun, huh? Well, it doesn’t have to be that way. When positioning yourself with the correct people, system, and coach, the odds become dramatically stacked more in your favor. Try switching up the numbers and thinking 97% succeed, 3% fail when done properly. Again, much of it is up to you, but if you have the desire, the will, and the motivation and align yourself with successful people active in the market who are willing (incentivized) to train you, success is merely a formality.
