Real Estate Marketing To Online Marketing- Learn From Top Sales Expert

They say change is as good as a holiday, as a Real Estate Sales Representative we are generally commission based so we are used to relying on making a sale to survive. So with the change to Online Marketing all we have to do is learn a simple new product and generally a new set of rules and have the same belief...that there is a buyer for every home we are selling, but in exchange for that new product.

Myself as a Real Estate Agent I found that people looked up to me as someone that they can trust and lead them to the sale of their home, I just had to show them an easy but understandable process how to attain the results that they desired. Once meeting people's expectations they start to recognise you as their preferred agent they talk to others and in turn refer you to friends/family that are also looking to sell their homes you then become a leader in the community you work.

Personally my skills have developed over time but with the help of consistent training, becoming coachable and discipline within my work ethic. I have found the transition from Real Estate Sales and Marketing over to Online Marketing that they both require a very similar mindset & set of skills, in the way that I marketed a home for sale, how I had to target and capture the right audience to get the buyers through the door and most importantly how I marketed myself so people would call me instead of the opposition to sell their homes. Having those skills already developed it was an easy decision to change to Marketing Online, It is all about becoming a leader and showing your skills to a captive audience and people will be drawn to you automatically. WOW how's that...no more pounding the pavement knocking on peoples doors!

Forum Marketing Yahoo Answers (I need to use more of) SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Bum Marketing or Article marketing P-P-C (Pay Per Click) Marketing Online Directories Hope this helps.
