So how does one start a home based franchise opportunity business? Well when you think of a franchise, what's the first thing that comes to mind? Probably something like buying a Subway, McDonald's, KFC, Dairy Queen, Pizza Hut, etc...
Well all those are proven and profitable franchise opportunities. In fact some wealthy people do very well with these, but the keyword is "Some". You see there are some things about starting these businesses, that most people just aren't aware of...
The Ugly Truth
Well typically when your looking to start any type of brick and mortar small business, you looking at investing a MINIMUM, of 250K on upwards of a $1 million plus! And that's just to get started, that's not including employee salaries, marketing budget, supplies, maintenance, insurance, taxes, etc... Which can be upwards of 5-6 figures a month! Not too mention your looking at a minimum of 5 years before you turn any profit! So don't quit your day job just yet!
Pretty scary stuff once you start diving into it, isn't it? I mean, most people never really take this stuff into account. And that's exactly why 95% of businesses end up shutting down with in the first 3-5 years!
The Real Solution
Now I don't want this to discourage your entrepreneur ambitions and dreams. I mean if you do your research, really plan everything out, and find the perfect opportunity, then by all means go for it. But, before you do, I want you to know there is a far better and easier way.
Forget the Brick and Mortar old skool method, and look into starting an online business. And you maybe thinking, "Well couldn't I just build a website for my regular business, and dominate online?" To be completely honest with you...NO, you can't!
Online vs. Offline
Your business will either thrive in the real world or the virtual world, not both! The reason being is that people won't associate you with both physical and virtual space, it's either or. Some perfect examples are, Walmart dominates the real world, but sucks online. Amazon dominates online, but has no physical stores. Sam Goody is one of the biggest music stores, but iTunes sells more music online than anybody. You starting to see the picture?
Now why do I recommend you choose the online route? It's simple, you'll spend less and earn more. You could start a business for as little as a couple hundred bucks! You can dominate online with free marketing, you'll spend a about $30 for hosting and a domain name, you don't have to stock any inventory, no employee's, etc...With all that money saved, you'll be keeping a lot more profit, not to mention, you'll literally have a World Wide market online.
Your Well On Your Way
So by now you can see why that going with an online home based franchise opportunity business, is the definite route to go. You'll make more money, have more time to enjoy it, and ultimately be a lot happier in the end.
