The time for internet marketing is NOW!

The Internet is changing the way we do business- the way we market, sell, service, distribute and communicate has become more efficient, more profitable. Businesses are now communicating with customers, employers and other team members in real time. Websites are being personalized to target niche markets. These personalized websites can be changed at anytime in minutes based on any number of statistics to generate more traffic and more business. The Internet has become the fastest, most economical way to transfer information, there are no more trucks, trains and airplanes which means no more waiting on vital documents that make your business work, its all digital so now your business can flourish in less than half the amount of time it would normally take with conventional information transfer methods.

The internet now replaces phones and faxes. It processes transactions in real time and allows the whole sales process to be automated, this means no employees, no payroll and more time for owners to do other things. The Internet is forever changing, and so are the websites, they have transitioned from static pages to dynamic pages allowing users to create more personal and more professional pages. These dynamic pages can now track buying patterns, location, interests, income and ever your credit record. Although effective, these new dynamic websites can get quite pricey if you are paying someone do design them for you. There are however cheaper or even free alternatives out there, they just require more work and a little self education. All of these factors have turned the internet into the worlds most powerful business and marketing tool ever created. If you own a business or are looking into starting one, do not overlook the power of the Internet whie looking for ways to build your business.

Re: How many mambers of this forum are also member of WF? - I don't think the WF is necessarily better than this forum or any other as far as the actual forum is concerned. What makes the WF so successful is the fact that is has been around for a very long time, it was one of the first internet marketing forums, it has a ton of members, it is very well known, and just about every internet marketer becomes a member there. Plus, some of the most recognized and followed internet marketing gurus in the world can be found posting there, which adds to it's appeal, especially in the minds of newbies. I agree that it's hard to compare the two because they focus on different things and each has their own benefits and drawbacks.
Re: How To Use Free Promotions For Your Internet Business? - David makes a good point here, there are many internet marketers who are trying to build their businesses part time and internet marketing is a pretty time consuming job if you want to do it for free or very little cost. I think that one needs to work out the amount of capital they have to invest in their business versus the time constraints they have and then outsource some of the tasks that consume the major part of their time. Re: Who Said Twitter Doesn't Work...? - Almost any marketing method CAN work for anyone depending on a number of factors. But I consider a good marketing method to be one that works for the majority of people all the time (as long as they are doing it correctly). An example of that would be article marketing. Twitter, on the other hand, is something that does not work well as a marketing method for the majority of people, even though so many people want it to work so badly that they try to convince everyone that it does. I've yet to hear from even one internet marketer I know that the traffic they get from Twitter converts into money in some way on a regular basis. Yeah it happens on occasion but nothing compared to several other marketing methods that work for years to come such as link building, SEO, article marketing, etc... I still need more convincing before I start drinking the Twitter kool-aid as a marketing method. I have nothing against Twitter. I do have two accounts there and I get on almost every day for a little bit. But it just isn't good for business... At least not business as far as most of us here are concerned, which is internet marketing, affiliate marketing, Adsense, and a few other similar monetization methods.
