Use Affiliate Article Marketing

If you are an affiliate for a product or service, article marketing is a popular way to attract new customers. First of all, there are a number of article directories that accept free articles that go through a proofing process. These articles are used by many website owners who are allowed to use these articles from the article directories with your byline or resource box attached. Do make sure to read the author terms to ensure you receive a byline and link back to your affiliate website. There are some article directories that now offer widgets so website owners can automatically get new articles that come into the article directories based on topics. This could help your affiliate business if your topic and articles become popular.

When you have decided which article directory you want to submit your articles to, send them off in batches. Because it takes longer to gain approval with some article directories, the process will go faster if you have a batch of articles you want a viral marketing campaign for.

Decide on the topic of your articles and write at least five articles based on that topic. For instance, if you are an affiliate for a money making e-book, the following could be article topic ideas: The Easiest Way to Make Money, The Quickest Way To Make Money Online and New Money Making Ideas. Then you have a planned outline of your topics, creation your articles will come easily.

When you begin writing your articles, just type or write down what comes to you. It is easier to get a full article just writing what comes naturally and going back to edit. If you need to do research, make sure to jot or type down key points you need for the rest of your articles.

Affiliates use article marketing a lot so you may want to also visit these article directories to see what articles are most popular. You can usually find a rating on articles and see what has been downloaded often. Do write something geared towards your affiliate product or service. Find out popular keywords and topics people are searching for on Google. When you write, do make sure to use keywords in the title and body of your articles to get the attention of search engines.

Once you have them all written and proofed, you want to sign up and submit your original articles. Do not forget to write a catchy byline for yourself with a link back to your affiliate product or service. Remember, your articles should be different for each article directory since most ask for never before published articles. Once you get your articles approved, you can keep a follow on what articles are most popular with website owners. Keep track of your articles that are being used most often. When you know that it will help guide the next set of articles you will submit for your affiliate article marketing campaign.

There are pros and cons to Affiliate Marketing, just as there are to any business. As has been suggested, he best policy is to proceed with caution and do some research before jumping in. As Carol has recommended, this topic thread in the EvanCarmichael.com forum is the ideal place to ask questions and seek further input on available Affiliate Marketing programs. If a person is serious about building an online business and is interested in Affiliate Marketing plans, they should approach the process as they would any other form of business. Research, ask questions, compare opportunities, participate in forums on online business and Affiliate Marketing. GT :-]
Re: Affiliate Marketing - Open for Discussion - Hi GT Affiliate Marketing is one of the easier ways to get started making money online, but it does take quite a bit of work before you see any great results as you have to keep promoting constantly. It does teach you one hell of a lot about all aspects of Internet Marketing though as you will need to learn how to write and submit articles, create and maintain a blog, social networking is a great help to affiliates too..the list goes on and on. Re: Affiliate Marketing - Open for Discussion - You made some very good points here Jeff and I agree with you, Affiliate Marketing should not be something that you concentrate all your efforts into. As i said earlier I have learned a lot with Affiliate Marketing and continue to do so, and it has helped me tremendously to understand what I am going to have to do in my chosen niche(s). Forum Marketing Yahoo Answers (I need to use more of) SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Bum Marketing or Article marketing P-P-C (Pay Per Click) Marketing Online Directories Hope this helps.
