They are a low-cost travel club providing lifestyle-conscious individuals top-quality travel and hospitality products together with a business opportunity for those who wish to pursue a successful network marketing business.

TVI Express Business Income Opportunity

TVI has successfully combined the 3 developing and most prevalent trends of today into a strong home business opportunity:

• Tourism and travel - every minute $14 million is spent on travel

• Internet - 82% of all travel bookings are made online

• Home based business

TVI Express Compensation Plan

The company has implemented a revolutionary compensation plan that incorporates a 2 part earning cycle, and seems to be beneficial for many who are involved in the business.

1. Traveler Board

Each person who joins the business opportunity is allocated a position on the Traveler Board at level 1. As new associates join they are placed in the first available spot, pushing you up the board to the top. At this point you cycle off the Traveler Board to join the Express Board and make $500 ($250 cash and $250 travel voucher).

2. Express Board

Once more you join the Express Board at level 1 and as more people join, you are moved up the board to the top position. When you cycle off the Express Board you earn $15,000 ($10,000 in cash and $5,000 in travel vouchers).

The Express Board cycle continues as you are placed at the bottom again.

There is a once-off fee of US$250 to sign up with Travel Ventures International which includes a 6 night / 7 day escape voucher at a 3 - 5 star resort together with other associated discounts on various travel deals.

One flaw I identified in their business process is that representatives receive a company replicated website included in their subscription to advertise their business and source home business leads. However in today's competitive market, this tactic is no longer adequate. Successful network marketing distributors differentiate themselves with self-branded MLM marketing systems. Do what i did - I had the same dilemma. My solution? I started my own marketing firm! No, in all reality, even if you have a degree in Marketing, you will have to take crappy entry-level jobs to get your foot in the door. Make the most of them by taking on extra tasks that will give you skills that will improve your resume. It's a slow process, but if you can get just one job in Marketing, you're on your way!

Re: What is your Business? - We are running a Online Marketing Firm and we have some good clients to which we are offering a complete Digital Marketing strategy like Search, Mobile Marketing, Branding and Design. I think in Online Marketing company online presence can be a wining factor for the success of the company.
Re: Social Media Effectively? - Personally, I use social media to build my company brand in order to get awareness of the various franchises I work with. I am active on LinkedIn and Twitter (@DougSchadle), always posting information about the franchise opportunities I work with. I have started discussions and basically just try to get the word out there. Also, I turned one of my clients to social media as well. I work with Doctors Express, the first national urgent care franchise, expanding their franchise base. They are quickly spreading throughout the country and I told the founder to jump on to Twitter and LinkedIn as well. He just started a few weeks ago (Twitter handle @Doctors_Express) and tells me he is loving it. He is posting different medical issues he sees and is tweeting about Doctors Express. He is joining medical groups on LinkedIn and trying to connect to other doctors. So in short, I do think franchises can be very successful with social media, they just have to put in the time to do it.
