How To Warm Prospects Up Before They Arrive On Your Lead Capture Page.

Practically every network marketing company that is internet focused will generate a lead capture page for their representatives. Perhaps the greatest feature of having a company produced capture page is the speed that your page can be up and running since the only change would be the addition of your name to make it personal then voila your page is alive.

The problem with these company auto-generated lead capture pages is that they tend to all look alike. And, for anyone who has been involved with network marketing for any length of time, they tend to be a turn-off.

Let me give you an example. A couple of weeks ago, one of my Facebook friends sent me a link to check out. When I did, it had all the components of a network marketing company’s replicated lead capture page: bold headline, instant access with email, sloppy graphics, etc. My reaction was to click it into oblivion without pursuing it further. Last Friday, another Facebook friend sent me a link to a story. I read the story and found it extremely compelling and sincere. I clicked on the link at the bottom of the story which led me to a similar looking capture page as the one someone else sent to me a couple of weeks ago.

Did I click that one into oblivion too?

No. I took the time and read it. Entered my email address and was given access to more information which proved to be just as compelling (and sincere) as the page that hooked me to continue to the lead capture page.

Do you see the process?

1. A motivational story on a page containing a link to the company provided capture page.

2. Your prospect is “warmed up” by this story and then is seeking more information by clicking on the link.

3. The company generated lead capture page is now not a turn-off but a means to continue with the information gathering process. (In this case, I wanted to know how this person’s life was transformed by the company. )

4. The company’s sales page explaining their system and what it did to restore the financial health of this individual. (By the time I got to the end of the sales page, it got me thinking in terms of how this program would fit into my life and countless other lives in need of an immediate cure to their financial needs.)

I have used this technique in other mlm companies that I have been involved with over the years. A story page is an excellent way to warm prospects up. They are then willing to make the commitment to providing you with their email address on the next page, the lead capture page. Finally, once they continue on to your company’s sales page, you know that they are serious and you stand a better chance to convert that prospect into a team member.

Page Rank Changes Page Rank Changes - Hi Kevin - there is a lot of speculation as to why so many websites lost Page Rank. A few new sites that I've been following also got Page Rank for the first time. Every time Google does a Page Rank update there are websites that get caught in the crossfire and have to work to get their rankings back up!
