I Will Lose A Ton Of Weight And I Will Personally Sponsor A Gazillion People Into My Network Marketing Business.

New Year’s resolutions look like great ideas but oftentimes became a vague memory within the first few days of the new year. The main reasons for this is that they are not specific and oftentimes quite impossible to achieve.

Take weight, for example. Saying you want to lose lots of weight and failing to set a specific goal, you are setting yourself up for failure. A more realistic plan would be to say, I want to lose two pounds a month and by this time next year I will be twenty-five pounds lighter than I am right now. (An even better plan would be to write your goal down and at the end of each month, record your new weight in a calendar. If you exceed your goal for that month and lose more than two pounds, terrific. If not, well you know that you will have to work harder the next month.)

Now, my networking friends, let’s talk your business and your personal sponsoring plans. By aiming for a gazillion or trying to sponsors lots and lots of people, what exactly are you saying? Focus on a month-to-month plan. Go with what is realistic to achieve. Set your sights on the modest side of personally sponsoring one new recruit into your business every month…or even go more conservative by bringing on a new team member every two months. Now teach that team member to do exactly as you have done and they will personally sponsor 6 – 12 new team members over the course of the year. You know that you have succeed in your duplication effort when all of those personally sponsored new team members do exactly as you did by sponsoring 1 or 2 new recruits into their business annually. Then all of those new team members will pattern themselves after this modest model and so on.

Where will your mlm business be after a year or two?

By your setting achievable goals for yourself, you will be establishing achievable goals for everyone else in your organization. Your group will have an unstoppable momentum with the added benefit of having a plan that everyone can follow. Oftentimes a new team member will look to you for guidance as to what is the first step to building a business. That’s easy: plan on recruiting one new rep a month (or one new rep every two months when you first get started) and plan on personally sponsor 6 – 12 team members each year.

I know the thought of sponsoring a gazillion reps is more glamorous than sponsoring one new team member at a time. But by keeping it real, your network marketing business will experience a secure future with constant growth.

Why do people hate Network Marketing / MLM? Why do people hate Network Marketing / MLM? - I've been looking at a number of different opportunities and end up meeting a lot of Network Marketing / Multi-Level Marketing people. Some of the offers look interesting but everyone I talk to about it says to avoid these guys like the plague - what's the deal? Why do people hate network marketers and MLM people so much? Is it not legit?
Re: MLM Marketing, youtube, and buzzirk mobile. Re: MLM Marketing, youtube, and buzzirk mobile. - I have experience with MLM too. My initial reaction to the business was "snake-oil salesman" but once I got to understand the "overall business model" I am now an advocate to it. MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) is also known as Network Marketing. I realized an MLM business is no different than any other business. One needs to focus on both words "Network" and "Marketing" and give both equal respect. Some people focus heavily on the Networking part but forget "Marketing". I've started to use Building on a Budget and Magnetic Sponsoring concepts in my NM business and have found that people don't get involved so much because of the product but more because of what you bring to the table as far as marketing systems and support. I have both products listed in my signature. you don't have to buy it as the link to the free videos itself provides you a good understanding of what is required to position yourself as my above paragraph. If you do plan on purchasing it I can tell you that the measly $40 will open your eyes BUT your upline will not be too happy (atleast in the short term) beacuse the system is not duplicateable. I wrote this post as a polar post to Bulmer's reply as I have exhausted the friends and family networking and realized i never really focused on marketing. My leads now are more qualified and open to hearing about my opportunity than the other way around. my 2 cents if you plan on growing an MLM or Networking Marketing business.
10 best franchises to get involved 10 best franchises to get involved - My advice is: 1) Go to the library and start reading business books (accounting, finance, etc.) 2) Go to your local community college and enroll in night classes 3) Join the local Chamber of Commerce 4) Network / Network / Network -- through the above sources. Once you have spent two years doing the above, then look for a 55 - 60 year old business person that is looking to reduce their time in the business. Then you can work on a sweetheart financing option.
Re: answer this question Re: answer this question - This is a good topic. I haven't done anything, yet, to seriously damage my business. I did shift gear though. It was the best decision I ever made. For me, affiliate marketing was not working. Making the switch to Network Marketing made all the difference.
