Carbon Copy Pro Review: Leadership Training

Guest post by: Laurie Monahan

Article Overview: While many people come to Carbon Copy PRO with highly developed leadership skills, the exercise for them can be to humbly step back for a period of time from that position of leadership they know so well in their former line or work. They silently turn that energy inward, dig in with laser focus to learn the marketing system, and they learn to “emulate” the skills of their mentors and the standout leaders in the company. The order-of-business is to first listen and learn. And, for those with yet untapped leadership skills, if there is one ounce of leadership potential in you, it will be watered, fed and nurtured along side your financial success.

Carbon Copy Pro Review: Leadership Training

Carbon Copy Pro leadership training is unparalleled in excellence in the Internet marketing industry, yet one quickly notes a fine line of balance that new members exercise with their existing leadership skills while they learns and grow into the new experience of a carefully crafted marketing system.

The name, Carbon Copy Pro, literally refers to the “carbon copy” of a marketing template that each new network marketer is given upon joining the company. From that point on all members are plunged in the on-going free and intensive training on how to use all the marketing tools available to fully implement that Internet marketing system template.

Before talking about the leadership training, here is just a brief overview of the types of people who come to CCPRO so you can imagine the types of leadership they bring to the company. To begin with, the company is filled with people of all ages, from college age entrepreneurs to retirees, and from all walks of life. They come from the mortgage banking and real estate industries, many are bailouts from traditional MLM companies, there corporate workers from ever sector you can imagine, former military personnel, restaurateurs, stay-at-home mothers and stay-at-home fathers, sales professionals, people from various medical professions, underpaid musicians, actors and visual artists, people from the computer industry, others from the printing and publishing industries, college students, and even a former organic farmer. And, the list could go on!

All come to the Internet marketing industry for a far better standard of living and a saner existence; all are seeking a more harmonious life-style of blessed financial ease and abundance plus the opportunity to give back to society; and all are tired of the stress and strain of the unending financial burden that keeps getting heavier in today economy. These people are then treated to a level playing field where everyone shares in the equal opportunity to excel financially beyond their wildest dreams, and to fulfill their goals and dream.

The leadership qualities of those attracted to CCPRO are very impressive, to say the least. The qualities also highly cherished and rewarded in the company, but there is the interesting bottom line where that leadership turns inward at the beginning of one’s training in the company.

While many people come to the company with highly developed leadership skills, the exercise for them can be to humbly step back for a period of time from that position of leadership they know so well in their former line or work. They silently turn that energy inward, dig in with laser focus to learn the marketing system, and they learn to “emulate” the skills of their mentors and the standout leaders in the company. The order-of-business is to first listen and learn.

Now for me, as a long time teacher and professional musician, to listen and learn was a great and rewarding challenge with plenty of time to pull out and take up a leadership role again once the time was right!

Once each consultant learns the “nuts and bolts” of the marketing system and begins to build their team, then those hibernating leadership skills can reemerge, adapt and surge forward again with new wings.

AND, for those with yet untapped leadership skills:

1. you will have a well-crafted marketing system as your vessel,

2. you will have on-going business, lead generation and leadership trainings

available in webinar sessions 5-6 days a week,

3. you will have live marketing training events throughout the year, and

4. you will have personal one-to-one trainings with your mentor.

If there is one ounce of leadership potential in you, it will be watered, fed and nurtured along side your financial success!

So, to explore partnering with me and my team in a business that is literally changing lives one by one in over 140 countries, and in one of the most difficult economic times in history, visit my website today.I look forward to meeting with you.

Re: Business Women Peer Mentoring Spotlight Re: Business Women Peer Mentoring Spotlight - Hi Everyone, Gosh, I REALLY appreciate your concrete feedback. This was far more than I expected and I'm glad you said what you thought straight out. Each of you have shared something of value and I want to take some more time to think and really go over what each of you have said. However, I can see there are some things I need to change right away. What an interesting point about a NEW program perhaps making people think they are guinea pigs! This is NOT what I want to convey! It's funny how we can see some things so clearly in others while not always seeing it for ourselves! I must admit there are a few things I've been meaning to change (like my bio which is very outdated). Obviously, these things need to be higher on my priority list. You caught me like the plumber who puts his clients first and doesn't get around to fixing his own tap! As far as my target market, I do feel quite strongly about working with Women Leaders and doing Leadership Coaching with them. It's non-negotiable in my books. In my Executive Coaching training, the terms "Leaders" and "Executives" are interchangable. To me, an Executive is a Leader and so is the Business Woman or Entrepreneur who is CEO of her own business. I love working with decision makers! What I did learn is that I need to avoid opening up the Leadership term beyond what I described above. I'm also wondering if there is a misunderstanding with the general public as to what Leadership Coaching really is. Leadership Coaching is all about developing your leadership skills, both as a people manager and in more effectively running and growing the business. There is ALWAYS room for growth in some way. As well, sometimes, we just need a sounding board to clarify what our next BEST step is. In fact, if a woman thinks she has nothing to work on, then we aren't a good Client/Coach fit anyway. How can she grow if she doesn't see the value of expressing ALL of the great ability within her? How can her company grow if she doesn't see the value of strategic planning for the next best level? Thanks again to you all! I will go back to my website and really question whether I am conveying the right message. I got more than I bargained for in this Spotlight... you generously offered way more than I was asking. I think we could be on to something great for the Forum. Now it's time to let someone else have the spotlight. It would be great if everyone took a turn! In gratitude, Tami
