Laurie Monahan, an internet marketer and marketing trainer, and it’s good that

I certainly understand what that search is like! It wasn’t so long ago that I was on the
other side doing the same search.
It can be overwhelming but it is a great exercise in figuring out what
all that is out there.
So, as I was searching I read sa tremendous amount too in
order to empower myself with strategies for making such a big decision, and
also took many entrepreneurial lesson along with me to apply directly to my
chosen home based business. Three
particular books came across my path and were a phenomenal help. I learned so
many great lessons from each book.
In turn, those lessons are inspiring me to reach out and share what I
learned to help empower you.

For a long time I gave little thought to generating wealth for I am a
classical musician, an artist, and I have had the good fortune to be working in
my passion as a performer and conservatory teacher. But, the problem is that I have been woefully underpaid for
30 years! This is a very common
plight for artists here in the States.
Now, the meager income was manageable as part of a two income earning
family, but that is no longer the case.
I was then married with a daughter who is now a teenager. However, things can change and I am now
a single mother. That meant I had
to learn to financially manage on my own.
The good news is that it is entirely possible. What we have to do is get out of our comfort zone, embrace
change and learn. Learning is so
very energizing and you are doing the right thing. We have to change with the times, and certainly in this
economic climate we have to open our eyes and change as our economy shifts.

Rich” by Napoleon Hill. You can

The third book is “Outliers” by Malcolm Gladwell. This book examines our concept of genius and takes people
who have been extraordinarily successful and shows how they are not so
different from you and me. What
they knew how to do was to leverage their time, work intensively, and they were
at the right place at the right time and took full advantage of the law of
attraction and what it brought to them!

- this is a fascinating book about the history of Business theory, and I'd recommend it to anybody.
2. The Big Book of Small Business: You Don't Have to Run Your Business by the Seat of Your Pants, by Tom Gegax. Ditto.
3. PADI: The Business of Diving Book
Okay, so this book won't be of use to anyone who doesn't want to start a scuba store, but I did, and this book was of course invaluable to me in reaching that goal.
