Now I know most of us are struggling with the economy, trying to pay our bills and our debts off, being in a job we don't like, with no security and no future and also trying to find enough quality time to spend with our families. AndI am justan ordinary baby boomer, I've got three grown kids, I love going to the beach, I love playing my piano,and I've been in the mortgage business for 30 years. I left that two years ago to start my own online marketing company. In Napoleon Hill's famous book, Think and Grow Rich, he states that thoughts are things and very powerful ones at that ,when mixed witha definite purpose, determination and burning desire to turn those thoughts into riches and wealth.

He also goes on to state that when a man really desires a thing so deeply, that he's willing to stake his whole future on one spin of the wheel to get it, he will succeed.

Now in my life, when I started my online marketing company a few years ago, I sold my mortgage company, the only source of my income. I closed that door and I burnt my bridges. But I knew that I had the will power, determination, persistence and burning desire to succeed and I made it happen. We are all masters of our own fate, captains of our own soul because we have the power to control our thoughts. And there is a universal power which surrounds us on this earth which adapts itself to the natural thoughts in our mind and influences us to transmute these thoughts to a physical equivalent. And if you have seen or read "The Secret", you'll know that this power does not discriminate between constructive and destructive thinking. So if you have a negative mind, and you're self defeating and say to yourself, I can't make money online, well that will become your physical reality. But if you have a positive mind, and you have that desire and persistence and that burning desire to succeed, you can make it happen.

How to find buyers on the internet - My company is in the business of nutrition foods. We would like to distribute brand name products oversees. My original question were: a) How to find reputable buyers on the internet .What is a well-known website to make quality contact for leads. Is it really worth paying the premiums to join for a fee on some sites? , and become a member at These sites/marketplaces? i.e.: ALIBABBA.COM b)In terms of payment, transaction I had in mind the usage of PAY-PAL OR MONEY WIRE. is there a problem with that? c)What are the functions my website must! have. I want the site to become all-inclusive for various cultures. For example translation language, colors, customer service What should I do?
Re: Great start, but no finish - A good niche or area of expertise is and should always be the cost of entry into entrepreneurship. But its easy to stick to your niche. What most people dont realize is that they have to LEARN and continue to grow in their own learning and development or at best, they will build themselves a nice little hobby. Statistically they say 40% of all businesses fail within the first 5 years. whether this has to do with market conditions or the actually CEO, how knows. I do believe that you have to start studying business as business and then weave your own expertise/products/services into that education. If you can sell one thing, you can sell anything. Longevity in business is about being adaptive, opportunistic and a hard worker, J
