On occasion, situations just line up in such a way that they create a perfect climate for events to happen. I deeply feel that now is the time for motivated people to embrace internet marketing.

Recent years have seen an incredible growth in social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter. These websites allow people to contact people at a speed and frequency that our parents and grandparents could have only dreamed of in their day.

Someone from the 1950s would have been stunned looking how many people any of us can now reach with just a few clicks. Many of them would also instantly realize just what a fantastic opportunity existed as well for an Internet marketer!

Most of our grandparents would have been truly dumbstruck by all the opportunity that we take for granted. I can't encourage you enough to start thinking about how you can take advantage of all the opportunities that now exist for you.

Social networking and the very structure of the Internet itself allows for just about anyone with a computer to reach out and market almost any product under the sun. You might feel intimidated by the idea of becoming an Internet marketer, but you most definitely shouldn't. All sorts of people are not just doing it; they are building wealth in the process.

Believing in yourself and staying calm is key to moving forward. In 2007 when I lost my mortgage business, I was able to stay calm thanks to my practice of yoga and meditation.

I had worked for years as a yoga instructor and was able to use yoga to clear my mind. Additionally, I was a firm believer in the Law of Attraction as established by Napoleon Hill in his breakthrough work Think and Grow Rich.

I knew I had to do something to make money. I had pretty much lost everything.

I followed my passion and I decided to become an Internet marketer. Since that time, my life has changed tremendously for the better! I have obtained financial security and set my own hours. And I firmly believe you can do the same.

We are surrounded by opportunities now. So many opportunities that most of us can't even see them all. If you change your thinking, you will change your world.

You should strike out and pursue your dreams. I did it and I know you can as well.

Re: I thought social sites were a waste of time. How wrong I was - Social Media has only really been understood this last year or two. Before that I didn’t really understand or like Facebook for example because of the problems separating Family and Friends from Business. Twitter seemed a total waste of my time and a lot of people seemed to spend all their time building up their followers to brag about how many they have got. Now I understand the basics a bit more I can appreciate the value particularly of Twitter in building up relationships with others in your niche with a view to doing business later. If people follow me and are active in the general Internet world or marketing in particularly then I follow back immediately otherwise I don’t see the point. You could argue I suppose that someone who breeds dogs and enjoys painting for example might suddenly become an Internet Marketer and I am missing out on not following them but I tend to stick within my niche. regards, Mal.
