Doing Social Media On The Go
Cellphones have become an irreplaceable tool that is needed
to manage my life. I find that I’m not the only one who feels this way. What do
you use your cellphone for now? I asked others this question and they answer…to
text, send an e-mail, browse the web, listen to music, watch a show, to type
out a grocery list, to track calories, play a game to record voice reminders,
or even to outdate their twitter or facebook posts. Hardly anyone says to make
a phone call.
I find myself not using landlines anymore. With me being
into social media and working mostly on the Internet, my cell phone does it
all. It’s easier for me to stay connected with my family and friends, without
really talking to them.
In fact, my number of text messages sent out increased
dramatically since last year. I still talk on my cellphone when I need to get
in touch with someone fast. I feel talking on the phone is time consuming.
Texting or e-mailing lets me move though several conversations. I can be doing my
social media and handling my families affairs at one time. Facebook lets me
catch up on the latest news and update all of my friends at the same time.
Other than me with my Internet business, I believe mostly
teenagers are on their cells. They are more in the know of all the new
technologies with cells. Kids are getting cell phones at a much younger age.
They even send text to each other about plans or up coming events.
