I understand that you are probably not ready for talk of Christmas. But in reality it’s the best time to start planning your internet marketing. You will find that some businesses will be using internet marketing for the first time this holiday season. So are you ready for the busiest time of the year?

First what you need to decide on is what your budget will be for internet marketing. If your business is working with a small budget just be reasonable of what you expect to bring in. You can try a Twitter, Facebook, or a Myspace account.

At this time everyone is looking for deals you can post discounts or specials on your account. It’s even a good way to share information on your products or services. People can read up on the product or even ask you questions before buying it.

At times you might get complaints (like at your place of business) just handle it the same way…. quick and fair. Don’t react differently just because it made it on twitter. You might even hear a sad story that made you want to help. By all means help out. It might even make people look at you differently.

Make sure you still interact with your customers. Become a social media success by having conversations and respond to feedback. Spend time on Facebook and get to know your customers. Customer like knowing that they can get a hold of someone if they need to.

Being generous has its rewards! - My friend wants to go around the streets on Christmas night giving homeless people $20 bills. Maybe I'll tell him to start a fundraiser, find a few sponsors and hold an event instead? It could be for everyone who don't have a families to be with during Christmas? They can all get together on Christmas day and have some fun and get to know each other. (sort of like a little family?) It probably sounds better in theory though, lol.

Re: What are reasons to stay in touch with your customers? - To remind them of a holiday for which they may want to buy a gift from your business and give to the person (such as Mother's day or Christmas). Although I've never done it, I've heard that off holidays (such as Memorial Day) for which we don't think of getting a card on, are the best ones to send them on so they don't get lost in all the other Christmas or Easter cards people are sending at the typical times. I don't know if that's what you're looking for or not. That's all I can think of right now.
Re: What is your Business? - We are running a Online Marketing Firm and we have some good clients to which we are offering a complete Digital Marketing strategy like Search, Mobile Marketing, Branding and Design. I think in Online Marketing company online presence can be a wining factor for the success of the company.
