There are three major aspects responsible for home business success. Each one is vital to the overall achievement of success. They are all closely knit and dependent upon each other. Without one, the others are irrelevant. If you can blend all three together, success will be achieved.

The first element of work from home business success is mindset. There is alot of talk about this subject in today's online business world. There is also tons of resources on the internet that disect, analyze and interpret this one particular component of success. The theory is, your actions will represent your thoughts. If you think like a success, you will become one. Simple and straight forward, right? So, start thinking like a winner and soon you will be one.

The next component of home business success deals with creativity. Lets face it, there are thousands of people, at any given time, trying to become successful working from home. And, they are using alot of the same techniques, tactics and procedures that you are using in pursuit of success. You must maintain a constant effort to not only think outside of the box, but to also put your own little twist into your marketing and promotion efforts. Any subtle difference or improvement in the way you are completing your tasks or being perceived, usually translates into a greater response and dividend. Try to separate yourself from what everybody else is doing. Be original and creative. It will not hurt you, one bit.

The final aspect in achieving home based business success includes a focus on financial benefits and wealth creation. Choose to devote your time, energy and resources towards something that pays you highly valued returns. Your success will be a result of a dedicated, labor intense and concerted effort, regardless. Be certain that it is worth it, for you. If financial wealth is your goal, do not waste your efforts on nickel and dime rewards. Dedicate yourself to acquiring the highest payoff available. Simply figure out what your worth and never settle for less.

Elements of Style - Can't comment on the two books you listed, but Strunk and White's Elements of Style belong on every writer's shelf.
My entry - 1. The Best Business Books Ever: The 100 Most Influential Business Books You'll Never Have Time to Read - this is a fascinating book about the history of Business theory, and I'd recommend it to anybody. 2. The Big Book of Small Business: You Don't Have to Run Your Business by the Seat of Your Pants, by Tom Gegax. Ditto. 3. PADI: The Business of Diving Book Okay, so this book won't be of use to anyone who doesn't want to start a scuba store, but I did, and this book was of course invaluable to me in reaching that goal.
