Can you Have a Successfully Operating Home Based Business Any Time of the Day or Night? – Always Open?

Guest post by: SarahBeth White

Article Overview: As I learn more about being a successful home based Internet marketer, there is always more to learn. I will soon know better how to reach the masses with massive action. The company I am working with provides excellent training. I could not have enrolled in a college course for any better training than what I learning from home. Not just training but support from sponsors, mentors, live help, call in help from the day you sign up and get accepted into this community of entrepreneurs where everyone is unique and has something different to offer. And there are also those to prod you along if necessary because hard work is a strong component of home based internet marketing - at least until you get it up and running for you round the clock which is one of my goals.

Can you Have a Successfully Operating Home Based Business Any Time of the Day or Night? – Always Open?

Since I got laid off, the more time that passes, the more I like working from home. Make no mistake in my traditional job, I had a better salary and benefits than I do at present, but as I build my way up in my home based business I have the freedom to write which I enjoy tremendously. Article marketing and I are suited to each other. Except that with article advertising you must funnel your writing towards your landing page or you are really just writing for the fun of it. Some people have the kind of money that allows them luxuries like staying home and writing novels and such but I do not - not yet anyway. You have to be passionate enough in what you have written to reach out and grab your reader and bring them along with you. As I learn more about being a successful home based Internet marketer, there is always more to learn. I will soon know better how to reach the masses with massive action using social media also. The company I am working with provides excellent training in how to use Twitter and Facebook in business. I could not have enrolled in a college course for any better training than what I am getting from home. Not just training but support from sponsors, mentors, live help, call in help all in place from the day you sign up and get accepted into this community of entrepreneurs where everyone is unique and has something different to offer. And there are also those who will prod you along if necessary to grow and use other forms of advertising in your business such as PPC (Pay per click) or maybe email campaigns.

Also, I keep a rather peculiar schedule that suits me better than a 9 to 5'er. I wake up anywhere from 1:00 to 3:00 a.m. because my body says it is time to get up. I then have a great deal of quiet time to work my business and enjoy my coffee before the rest of the city noisily wakes up. About twelve hours later, my body tells me to eat lunch and take a nap. I do not intend to take those naps, they just sort of happen and can last too long. But bedtime is still around 7:00 p.m. People who hear about my weird schedule think I am wacky and boisterously declare they could never keep that schedule. This is what works for me and finding that schedule in the traditional work force has evaded me. I am an administrative assistant by trade-a 9 to 5 job no matter what office you administer unless you can find or set up a virtual office which is growing quite common as more people make their living off the Internet which NEVER sleeps. Wouldn't that be weird if the Internet had closing hours?!

In spite of my crazy hours, the Internet is up, running, and challenging me to keep up with it. Being an entrepreneur is not easy. I have tried and failed before which makes me part of the 95% of businesses that go bankrupt in 5 years or less. This will date me-the Internet did not exist when I previously tried to start my own business. It is infinitely easier now as I continue to learn the skills of Internet Marketing to mold my business and as a member of the community of entrepreneurs that has accepted me into their ranks. But just writing articles day in and day out is not going to get the response I want and need. So once mastered, I will try another type of advertising whether low cost or throwing thousands into it. Quitting is not an option for me. I have very skilled entrepreneurs willing to offer advice and guide me along this pathway.

My life is happier and more fulfilled than ever before. Now I have time to spend with my son; time to go hiking with my dog, Mo; and time to spend with friends and family. Time = Freedom.

Considered to be highly educated. Enjoy traveling in the U.S. learning about our different cultures. Staunch Republican and Southern Baptist which is considered by some to be a lethal combination. Belonging to the ranks of those laid off, I am rebuilding my life so my writing will soon reflect as much. Burning desire in my soul to write but for two years now the only writing I have done is resumes and cover letters. Cattle on 1000 Hills as my blopspot name http://cattleon1000hills.blogspot.com, Facebook, have lain dormant too long. They are about to bust loose! My friends think I am crazy or brave or both but I have decided to leave the comforts of my 'home' and move to the mountains where I always planned on 'retiring'. I can enjoy hiking with my dog, Mo, sitting in front of my potbellied stove reading and writing, and sitting outside writing with the music of nature in my ears instead of all the sounds of the city which now annoy me. Mo, a Newffie, looks like a bear and we hope to see a black bear but not up close and personal. Mo is about the size of a smaller black bear so he will have to wear the hunting vests I custom made for him when we hike so no one mistakes him for one. I am so excited about our new life and long to begin writing from all that has been saved up during this dormancy.
