But once the initial "work" is started all motivation is lost and those once positive emotions turn into frustration and doubt. This article will explain how I was able to become a top producer in my primary business.

Let's face it, Internet marketing is not an easy game to play. It appeals to the masses because it appears simple yet very lucrative. People see the stories of the average person making millions online and immediately think to themselves, "If they can do it, I can do it". This is absolutely true but unfortunately when you enter this game you really have no idea what you are getting yourself into. The dreams of living in the fancy house and driving the expensive cars come to mind, excitement and urgency are some of the emotions that they feel. But once the initial "work" is started all motivation is lost and those once positive emotions turn into frustration and doubt. This article will explain how I was able to become a top producer in my primary business.

Now the first thing that needs to be changed in order to become a top producer is your mindset. Most people think that switching your mindset is something that can happen overnight, which is far from the truth. Reading and listening to personal development books and audios is something that you should do daily, yet most people think that they can read think and grow rich once and everything will be different. Remember that most people have been thinking the same way for at least 20 years of their life, one book or audio is not going to do the trick. 97% of all online marketers spend more money then they make or quit within their first 90 days. Your job is to find out what it is the 3% are doing and apply that to your daily routine, and personal development is one of them. If you don't you can guarantee you will be right back to where you were in a couple of weeks, trust me. And your dreams of becoming a top producer will go right out the window.

The next thing you must do in order to become a top producer in your primary business is to master marketing. Not just Internet marketing but offline too. The way that I became an expert marketer is by surrounding myself with people who were already successful Internet marketers. I did this (and still do) by using social media outlets like facebook, twitter, and youtube. Also I go to every live marketing event that my company has and make sure that I talk to the top producers at the event and build a relationship with these people. Finally I purchase every valuable IM course that comes out and implement the strategies that I have learned. See it's all about knowledge, the more that you know the more valuable you are to others. And it is your ability to teach this knowledge to others that will be the deciding factor in your success online and ultimately becoming a top producer.

As you already know, becoming a top producer is something that everyone wants to accomplish but simply will not do what it takes. Ask your self that question, no maybe I should. Are you willing to do what it takes? It will be the hardest road you will ever travel but the most fulfilling. Follow these strategies and becoming a top producer wont be a dream, it will become reality.
