Personally, as a network marketer and Minnesota based home business owner, I own these trainings from Mike Dillard: Magnetic Sponsoring; Building on a Budget; Black Belt Recruiting; MLM Traffic Formula; and MLM Traffic Formula 2.0. Let's take a closer look at why any of Mike Dillard's trainings will benefit you if you sell anything and why most non-home business owners won't even consider them.

Magnetic Sponsoring, considered the "Bible" of home business training, is the very first book that any salesperson should own. At first glance, you see the word "sponsor." Most salespeople or business owners do not consider gaining new customers as "sponsoring." That term has historically been directly connected to the M.L.M and network marketing industry. I ask you, "What's the difference?" No matter who you are, your customers will buy from you based on how YOU present yourself to them or based on their loyalty to YOUR brand. Here's another misnomer: MLM Traffic Formula and Traffic Formula 2.0. Talk about turning someone off with just the title of the training even before you read the sales letter! 8. Inexpensive Paid Traffic Strategies (Jonathan Mizel, Traffic Evolution owner, shows you several secret, high converting sites that very few marketers know about.)

9. How to Make Your Nerve Center More Profitable (Google Adsense secrets)

10. How to Sponsor More Reps (Or How to Make More Sales)

Again, I ask you, "Do you see anything there that might be of interest to you?" Good heavens! Of course! All 10 of Mike Dillard's training modules will help explode you sales and online presence.

Or training outsourced? Again, seek talent that aligns with your objectives. Break down what your business operations would be like, then seek the appropriate talent to cover that area. Of course, you don't want to give up too much equity by seeking out too many partners. Usually lower number of founders the more likely the start-up will survive. Good luck
