If you want to be successful you MUST follow up with your prospects multiple times. It is a well known fact among seasoned marketers that it is imperative to get our message or offer in front of our prospect 7 times before they will be compelled to act on it or take further interest. I cannot stress enough the dire importance of creating a positive relationship with your prospects and potential prospects. People have an ingrained tendency to buy from those that they know, like, and trust. How will your prospects get to know you if you never follow up with them? How will you develop trust if they only visit your site one time for 3 seconds and then leave? How can they like someone who basically doesn't exist for them?

By following up with your prospects you will be able learn more about them and what they desire and require. You can survey them and find the exact problems that plague them the most and then serve them their solution on a shiny silver platter.

The most efficient and intelligent way to accomplish this is to learn proper marketing strategies and techniques that are current with the todays technology. Network marketing professionals use an auto responder to automatically follow up with prospects and continually and consistently get their offer in front of them in a timely and concise manner. There are several totally free methods to not only add value to your industry, but to position you as an expert and leader. Writing articles and posting them on popular article directories is a very popular and effective method among the Internet marketing elite. Another is to craft a compelling press release. Press releases take very little time to write, are free to submit, and the effect can be quite lucrative indeed.

Blogs are becoming evermore popular and are fantastic ways to build trust with potential prospects and again...free. You can offer great content, capture leads, and teach.

Video marketing is now a hugely sought after skill since over 30,000,000,000 videos are viewed each month, and Goggle adores videos since they are fresh, dynamic content. Your prospects get to see you, hear you, and basically know and like you before they ever contact you. It's WHY they contact you.

Make sure you only spend time and energy on leaders and people who are eager and driven, don't waste time with complainers and blamers. You can tell these energy vampires by their constant justification as to why they world's out to get them, blaming everyone but themselves for their current life situation, and constantly needing guarantees that come from someone besides themselves.

If this sounds at all harsh to you, consider this: why teach people who aren't going to learn? It's selfish of them to waste your time and knowledge and good nature. When you teach those who are enthralled with success, and who are willing to do whatever it takes to reach their goals and dreams you're business is not only deliciously fulfilling but financially successful and stable as well. Helping others reach success, even before your own, is the fastest and most rewarding path to conquering your own mountain of dreams. Guiding your team to help others in the same way will help to ensure their fulfillment and joy too, and lead to long-term and lucrative growth for your network marketing business.

So I have shown you that you must follow up with your leads to build a relationship so that you can find out what they need, serve them to the best of your ability and cultivate leaders. Be sure to equip yourself with strong tools and resources to accomplish this and you will find that YES, network marketing works indeed.

Why do people hate Network Marketing / MLM? - I've been looking at a number of different opportunities and end up meeting a lot of Network Marketing / Multi-Level Marketing people. Some of the offers look interesting but everyone I talk to about it says to avoid these guys like the plague - what's the deal? Why do people hate network marketers and MLM people so much? Is it not legit?
