Entrepreneur, Steps to Manage your Time Effectively

One of the most critical parts of any online business entrepreneur is time management. I don't know any Top Income Earners in the home based business industry that does not manage their time well. In this article, I will teach you the steps to manage your time effectively and what the pros do to make their time very profitable.

Now, there is only 24 hours in each day so you have to manage your time very efficiently and learn to control your energy to be successful. There are a few things you can to be successful with your time management. You have to figure out the following challenges. Tackle overwhelm, people who steal your time and is the environment you work in contusive to good productivity.

1st we have to break free from time management both on the physical and mental side. Check your personal habits, eating, exercise. If you start eating well and exercise, you will find that you have a lot more energy and you are able to accomplish a lot more every day. STAY AWAY FROM CHEESEBURGERS. Next, what distracts you, email, text, twitter, kids, wife and husband? See, most people react to what is surrounding them instead of planning for them.

The solution is in 3 steps. First schedule all your time. Schedule a time to respond to email, text and phone calls. Set time for social medias, for revenue producing activities, training, meeting, family and whatever else you need to do. Make a weekly plan for all your activities and stick to it.

Next is to verify that the environment you are working in is cohesive for you to be productive. You may start your day in your office but after a few hours or on a different day, you may want to work at the local coffee shop or at the park, where ever you feel comfortable. It has to be an area or a place that will help you be more productive.

Figure out what is your time worth. Most people use this formula. Yearly salary divided by the number of the days in the year divided by the number of hours in the day equals your hourly worth. Example would be if you make $50,000 a year, this means $140 a day which means $6 an hour. Now you may say, wow that is nothing. Well I said most people use that formula. The reality is that surveys have shown that people only have 3 productive hours per day so your worth is really $47 an hour.

Remember that time is time and money is money and nothing is more important than time. John Maxwell said "your success is determined by your daily agenda" Start planning your time today and start making the money you are really worth.

To you success,

Ghyslain

Boldest Entrepreneur Moves of All Time = Christopher Columbus: "... he saw the possibility of treasure and commerce where others saw only danger. He committed so wholeheartedly to that vision that not even dozens of rejections and ongoing penury could dissuade him from pursuing a journey to Asia via the West. He built on his technical strengths as a seaman to plan a viable journey and eventually marshal an expedition." - Christopher Hoenig, 6 Essential Secrets for Thinking on a New Level I bought Hoenig's book about 10 years ago but couldn't make head or tail of it then... reading it now and finding it inspirational... 2. Write ups not successful? Write ups not successful? - [quote:2kry5vyo] Despite being written up in the Toronto Sun, Metro News, Entrepreneur Start Ups Magazine and listed as a resource in Entrepreneur Magazine people in Toronto still don't know about us. [/quote:2kry5vyo] At the risk of sounding cruel...which I do not mean to be... ifyou're getting those kinds of writeups, people in Toronto [i:2kry5vyo]must [/i:2kry5vyo]know about you. It might be that you're just not offering a service that the majority of them want or need. Time to expand into other areas or just change fields entirely?
