Are You Making The Profit You Thought You Would In Your Network Marketing Business?
The number one reason why any one of us are in business is to make money, if you're not making the money you thought you would in your Network Marketing Business, or in any business for that matter, you need follow these simple rules.
Stand back and take an objective look at your businesses, what was the profit you decided you wanted to make when you started your business? "What", I hear you say "I can't decide what profits I want to make until I've been in business for a while". What profit you want should the starting point in any business, without that how will you know what activities and decisions you need to make to achieve your profit goal.
I suggest you write down how much profit you want in the next month, three months, six months one year, five years and ten years. Break that down to how much profit you want every week and then every day.
Now work backwards and realistically list all the actions you need to do every day to achieve that profit margin. How many Pay Per Click PPC adverts do you place in a day for example, how many articles/press releases and videos do you need to generate the profits you desire?
What decisions do you have to make to achieve these actions, for example turning off the 'electronic income reducer' in the corner, spending those hours's a day on your business instead.
Your actions will produce leads, and inevitably sales will come from them, which will lead to more cash in your business. Those that are successful in creating profits then use that cash to purchase assets. These assets could be more PPC advertising or maybe in conventional business as an example, another van to transport your goods to your customers.
The five things you need to know about your business for it to grow are:
- What is your Profit Margin %?
- Where is your break even point?
- What are your conversion Rates in %
- Where do they come from?
- How many can you convert?
- What is their overall value to your business?
- How many customers do you need to talk to?
5.What is the value of each transaction you make in £$
I hope this quick overview helps you look differently at your business and where you could improve to increase your profits.
