Usually the first thing we do each morning is to go in the bathroom and check out our reflections in the mirror, and with a little, or a lot of help from our lotions and potions we try to improve our appearance for that day.

If only we spent as much time reflecting and adjusting how we performed and acted each day in our personal and business lives, could we be so much happier and more successful than we are now?

Using the power of reflection as a tool is essential in our Internet Marketing business opportunitysometimes we are too busy to take time to reflect, and we keep our heads down and get on with it carrying out certain activities regardless.

But if you are heading down the wrong path (the downward curve of the 'Slight Edge') you won't have your head up for long enough to make sure you're on the right path.

What tends to happen is you don't get anywhere in your computer home business - and you have no idea if the actions you are performing are the right actions, because you're not taking time to reflect.

Some people mistake being 'busy' with being productive. Being productive and being busy is not necessarily the same thing. Doing things won't create your success; doing the right things will.

Using a daily journal is a good way to reflect, but it's only any good if you ask yourself searching questions, try this one. In each area of my life, what are the critical, simple little things that are easy to do, and easy not to do? Did I do them? Did I ride on the success curve?

More and more people are trying to achieve greater things in their life by working with a coach.

Coaching is not just for athletes, many people have realised in the last 10 - 15 years that having a coach could be the key to their success.

What does a coach do? A coach holds up a mirror and shows you what you are doing, day in and day out, and they make you accountable for your actions.

Make sure you are on the upward curve of the 'Slight Edge' if your trying to make money internet, schedule some time and harness the power of reflection and, the key is to be consistent, either every day, twice or once a week just keep it up.

Re: How many mambers of this forum are also member of WF? - Hi Kevin, I have to agree with Tanny. All forums are unique in their own way, but doesn't mean that one is better than the other. What you might get out of one forum, you may not get from another. For instance, the WF focuses on Internet Marketing, while this forum focuses on Entrepreneurship. Each has their own set of benefits. I don't think you can really compare one to the other, unless of course they focused on the same topic. I have learned a lot from this forum, stuff I would never have gotten from the WF. With that being said, I've learned a lot from the WF, specifically since I need to know about Internet Marketing and running an online business. The addition of the Online Business forum here will help, and Jeff is doing a great job as moderator.

Re: Kevin's Case Study #11 - A New Forum Category? - Hi Kevin, Like GT suggested, I also think you can add Internet Marketing as a sub category in the Marketing section and also a Social marketing as subcategory. Online marketing/internet marketing/online promotion are the same, and it will be best to use the common term - Internet marketing. I can't think about someone to moderate a Social Marketing category. We all use it, we all know how to make it work and we all have our own different experience with it.
The Power of Ten - Do you want to save money and time? Make the most of your marketing efforts? The Power of Ten™ is about taking the concepts of repurposing and leveraging “to the max”. It allows you to innovate and discover new possibilities for any marketing you already have in place.
