Empowered Entrepreneurs Need A “Master Mind” In Internet Marketing

The "Master Mind" was defined by Napoleon Hill who wrote one of the first self help books as: "Coordination of knowledge and effort, in spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose."



Napoleon Hill wrote: Anyone can wish for riches, and most people do, but only a few know that a definite plan, plus a burning desire for wealth, is the only dependable means of accumulating wealth.

To be able to carry out that plan for wealth you will need your own "Master Mind" group. Do you have "Master Mind" group within your business?

I was from a Network Marketing background and I personally didn't understand the true power of a mastermind community until I joined the empowered entrepreneurs in my Internet Marketing business opportunity

My on-line marketing community helped me look at myself as a true entrepreneur who is capable of creating substantial results.

The reason that I have a different mindset now is that I'm surrounded by the smartest entrepreneurs out there who are earning substantial full time incomes from their business, who are dedicated to helping me achieve my personal goals.

This is in contrast with the Network Marketers I worked with before, which was very much like the blind leading the blind.

In my previous Network Marketing world if there was a 'group' that was formed it was usually made up of those that were struggling to succeed and offered some support to each other.

They say that we grow quickest when we communicate regularly with like minded people.

Napoleon Hill never had the luxury of the internet to communicate with his "Master Mind."

He had the restrictions of having to actually meet up in person, which has all the pitfalls of location, availability and commitment from all within the "Master Mind" group.

Knowing how to gain access and share that knowledge is crucial and it literally puts you at the cutting edge.

Within my Internet Marketing business opportunity community I have access 24/7 to active forums, regular features and topics to help develop our web 2.0 social media strategies, and lead generation.

Within that community I also have access to smaller "Master Mind's" that you are able to form a natural bond with from a bunch of like-minded individuals who know how to deal with anything that's thrown at them.

Become an empowered entrepreneur and find a mastermind group or form your own group that is dedicated to helping you achieve your personal goals.

Try reaching out to people in your network and explain to them that you are seeking their help as an advisor and part of your mastermind team. Consider this your own personal board of directors. Good Luck.

Re: Kevin's Case Study #11 - A New Forum Category? - Hi Kevin, Like GT suggested, I also think you can add Internet Marketing as a sub category in the Marketing section and also a Social marketing as subcategory. Online marketing/internet marketing/online promotion are the same, and it will be best to use the common term - Internet marketing. I can't think about someone to moderate a Social Marketing category. We all use it, we all know how to make it work and we all have our own different experience with it.
Internet Marketing Conference on SLife - I've been trying to log in but it keeps crashing.. anyways.. a friend of mine in BC plans on holding Internet Marketing Conferences on SecondLife and have the same top internet marketers that would normally be in Live Internet Marketing conference speak. Income will be generated from admission charges, product sales during breaks, sponsor tables, etc etc.. Just to get the ideas flowing in your head that anything you can do in the real world can be replicated in SL. There is no planned date as of yet for this conference.

You sound like a very enthusiastic person who likes what she does and in Internet Marketing that is very important and you also sound like a 'people person' which is great. Internet Marketing is time consuming and challenging but can also be extremely rewarding and hopefully profitable. I don't know how many forums you have signed up to but this is one of the best. The support and guidance you get here is what makes it the success that it is but as I am sure you know from looking at the side bar that there are many aspects of business that are catered for here which will help you along the way, best wishes, Mal.
Re: How many mambers of this forum are also member of WF? - Hi Kevin, I have to agree with Tanny. All forums are unique in their own way, but doesn't mean that one is better than the other. What you might get out of one forum, you may not get from another. For instance, the WF focuses on Internet Marketing, while this forum focuses on Entrepreneurship. Each has their own set of benefits. I don't think you can really compare one to the other, unless of course they focused on the same topic. I have learned a lot from this forum, stuff I would never have gotten from the WF. With that being said, I've learned a lot from the WF, specifically since I need to know about Internet Marketing and running an online business. The addition of the Online Business forum here will help, and Jeff is doing a great job as moderator.

In the past, there's been some interest voiced about adding a "Social Media Marketing", "Online Marketing", "Internet Marketing" or "Online Promotion" category. I'll implement [u:1g2tv6tf]ONE[/u:1g2tv6tf] of those new categories, but can someone first tell me what the difference would be between the existing "Marketing" section and one of those new options mentioned above?
