It's easy to spot someone who is successful in Network Marketing; leaders stand out a mile as they have the right attitude. Some people are born to be leaders, but leaders can also be made in the Network Marketing industry. It comes down to a true leader's attitude and philosophy, which is a value driven philosophy and not an entitled philosophy. A value driven people ask "what can I do to help you"? Not "what have you done for me lately"?
They instinctively know that by giving their time and being generous with their knowledge to help others build their businesses and to reach their dreams and goals, they will be rewarded; their abundant mentality shows through in their actions they perform every day.
That doesn't mean to say that they are successful at everything they do, they can have many failures. The saying is the key to success is to 'double your rate of failure'. Most people don't even try in the first place as they fear failure more, a successful leader is someone who learns by from their failures and becomes a stronger leader and person because of this.
If we learn to go through life fearing failure, then we'll never have those opportunities to learn and to become a stronger person. Imagine if those great inventors in history such as Thomas Edison just gave up at the first hurdle when his first filament failed, we would all be sitting here by candle light still!
The saying is that 'actions speak louder than words'. You can look at anyone's actions and trace them back, through the attitudes behind those actions to their source: the philosophy behind the attitudes. Show me what a man does, and I'll show you what his philosophy is.
Your philosophy is what you know, how you hold what you know, and how it affects what you do. Successful people fail their way to the top!
