Mastering yourself is the biggest step that you can do if you have an internet marketing business opportunityto market. Invest in your own improvement and accept personal responsibility for your growth.

Not keeping up with new developments in SEO, PPC and Social Media would find you very quickly falling by the wayside.

Your foundation determines how successful you are; the internet world is changing rapidly and you must learn to manage change to avoid obsolescence.

You do this by continuous learning; educating yourself is the critical process that makes the 'Slight Edge' work for you. I'm often asked "how can I be successful in internet marketing" I say there is no magic answer to your success "just be actively immersed in the process in one year form now."

The mistake that many people make is to get so engrossed in the learning, that you don't actually do anything. Deepening your understanding of a subject is great, but you then need to take what you've learnt to an activity, evaluate that activity and then improve on it till you master it.

Mastering a certain area and learning all about it on your own is not enough, successful people find someone who is already where they what to be on the success ladder, and they associate with them.

I suggest you find someone who has been successful at running a computer home business themselves and spend as much time with them as possible.

You will soon find that your level of anxiety will go as you raise your level of mastery, and you will become worthy of others following and modelling themselves on you.
