The average adult will spend 15 years in school, and during that time will not spend a single second developing his subconscious mind.

This area of the brain is truly amazing; it helps with involuntary actions like blinking, dreaming, breathing, strength and even happiness. But did you know your subconscious could be responsible for:

• Depression
• Weight Gain
• Aging
• Sickness
• Fear
• Financial Problems
• Bad habits and many more.....

These problems could affect us all at some point, wouldn't it be great if you could control your subconscious to make a positive impact on your life.

Napoleon Hill realised the powerful capabilities of the mind in 'Think and Grow Rich' that learning to use your subconscious mind is an absolute must before you can create wealth in your on-line business.

It's important to realise that your subconscious incorporates core behaviours based solely on your past experiences that you cannot control.

Have you locked something away that is limiting your potential? It would certainly seem that a huge improvement could be made in your life if you had the key to your subconscious.

We know that the subconscious is extremely powerful and has a major impact on our lives. We also know that it is possible to communicate with it.

Hill compared the subconscious mind to a fertile garden. If the garden is not planted with seeds of a desirable crop, then weeds overtake it.

The method Hill recommends is you plant the right seeds in your subconscious mind using "auto-suggestion."

This is a method where a person either chooses to feed his or her subconscious mind with creative thoughts, or thoughts of a destructive nature.

Of course, your goal is to replace all thoughts of a destructive nature with positive thoughts.

Hill is saying that by learning to influence our subconscious mind we can actually tap into a higher power to help us achieve our goals in our Internet Marketing business opportunity.

The only way auto-suggestion will work effectively is if you mix it with belief, people will even believe a lie if they repeat it over and over again.

The key to having auto-suggestion work quickly is to try to emotionalize what you are repeating to yourself.

"Plain, unemotional words do not influence the subconscious mind. You will get no appreciable results until you learn to reach your subconscious mind with thoughts, or spoken words which have been well emotionalized with BELIEF."

Once you obtain this belief and you master the power of auto-suggestion, you can elevate your imaginative ability.

Remember your subconscious mind will not remain idle! If you fail to plant desires in subconscious mind it will feed upon the thoughts which reach it as the result of your neglect.

Re: How many mambers of this forum are also member of WF? - Hi Kevin, I have to agree with Tanny. All forums are unique in their own way, but doesn't mean that one is better than the other. What you might get out of one forum, you may not get from another. For instance, the WF focuses on Internet Marketing, while this forum focuses on Entrepreneurship. Each has their own set of benefits. I don't think you can really compare one to the other, unless of course they focused on the same topic. I have learned a lot from this forum, stuff I would never have gotten from the WF. With that being said, I've learned a lot from the WF, specifically since I need to know about Internet Marketing and running an online business. The addition of the Online Business forum here will help, and Jeff is doing a great job as moderator.

Re: Kevin's Case Study #11 - A New Forum Category? - Hi Kevin, Like GT suggested, I also think you can add Internet Marketing as a sub category in the Marketing section and also a Social marketing as subcategory. Online marketing/internet marketing/online promotion are the same, and it will be best to use the common term - Internet marketing. I can't think about someone to moderate a Social Marketing category. We all use it, we all know how to make it work and we all have our own different experience with it.
Fed rate cuts . . . - So just what do the newest Fed rate cuts mean to Franchise and Business Opportunity investing? Is it immediately felt? What timeframe do you think, or rather, where are we in terms of new vs. existing business investment? A similar question can be composed for the economic stimulus checks - will they a have any effect if consumers spend a little $$
