Choosing the Right Domain Name
There's a lot more to a domain name than you might think. The name you give your online business is just as important if not more important than the name you give any business. On the internet you're competing in an international marketplace against thousands of businesses similar to yours.
You can give your site any domain name you wish as long as it's available. Here are a few things to keep in mind though, that will help people remember you and keep them coming back again and again.
Keep it the same
Internet marketing experts suggest that you match your domain name to your business name because this will push brand recognition and make it easier for people to find you.
Get a second name
You may not know this but you can actually have more than one domain name link directly to your site. It will ultimately show as your primary URL, but if you have a niche product that is not included in your business name than you may want to add it as a secondary domain name to bring people looking for that product to your site. For example, if your company name is Worldwide Pet Supplies, but you specialize in hamster cages you may want to have hamstercages.com as your secondary domain name.
Short and simple is best
You want people to remember your site so that they can go back to it without having to search for it again. Keeping your domain name short is a good idea for many reasons; it's easier to remember and fit into logos and ads, and it's also harder to misspell.
Avoid using slang spellings of words that are not recognized worldwide because a lot of times people won't notice that you spelt it differently until they're looking for it. Also try to get a name without punctuation like dashes.
Make it catchy
If you don't like the idea of using your business name or it's not available then get creative and make yourself a catchy domain name that's hard to forget, but also relates to your business like madmoney.com.
Choosing the right domain name for your new online business can be fun and exciting as it's one of the first steps to becoming the entrepreneur that you've always wanted to be.

When one has a Domain Name ie URL, I understand, it is not possible to change it. One has to take out a complete new Domain. Is that correct?
However, if you can change it, how can you do it?
