How Much Noise Is In Your Head?

Do you find sometimes you have too much going on in your head? The noise can get quite deafening. Many a times it leads to illness, lack of sleep, short temper, inertia and so one. Inevitably you end up simply not doing anything.

So, what can you do to stop the noise in your head? What can you do to relieve the stresses and strains of too much happening around you? Here are a few ideas which have in the past helped me, and even now I use these to help me focus and get through the noise.

Having too much going on in your head can lead to lack of productivity, which is not good for your creativity or your home business. After all being productive is key to seeing results. So how do you drown out the noise and get your mind to focus.

Well there are a number of methods you could try, I find meditating or listening to calming music or a self development CD helps to drown out the noise and gets me focused. Everyone is different so try and find something that works for you.

To keep focused write down a plan of daily action, I usually find first thing in the morning is a good time to do this. Write out those that were not carried out the day before you need to review to see if they are still required to be carried out.

Keep a note book handy so that you are prepared to quickly capture those one off thoughts. Or if you are like me, record your ideas onto either a mobile phone or a dictaphone as they pop into your head. Nothing is worse than having an idea and not capturing it for later use. We must over a billion ideas in the day, and if we only captured a small percentage of those ideas who knows what may come out of them. Many an entrepreneur or inventor has lost out to others because they had a thought or idea, but did not capture it and so therefore were not able to follow through to take action.

I don't know about you, but when there is too much going on I find I just STOP take a step back, slow things down and take positive action. How do you manage the noises in your head? Share what works for you by leaving me a comment below.

To your success,

Mutual Agreement Mutual Agreement - Hi Kevin, I am so glad for you that your friendship is still intact. Is it true, that it was a giving and taking, as well as forgiving one another. We don't hear much about the subject: Forgiveness. Everybody wants to be in the 'right'. Head banging against each other. In the process people get hurt and relationship turn into enemity. What was the process you went through to salvage your relationship of so long. I understand, that you may not be able to share it publicly. That is ok. On the other hand, you may help somebody by sharing it. Kindest Regards Beat "Unlock People's Potentials!"
