Steps to Improve Your Focus and Grow Your Business

As a Network Marketer you are always on the look out for the next 'big thing', to help you explode your business, it could be a program or e-book or course that can help you generate leads to your website, or help you to position your prospects right over the telephone or something or the other that you see can help make your business 'take off' to another level.

Steps to Improve Your Focus and Grow Your Business

It happened to me time and time again. I didn't seem to pick up on it straight away, but after a few hundred possibly a couple of thousand pounds, it has suddenly hit me.

As a Network Marketer you are always on the look out for the next 'big thing', to help you explode your business, it could be a programme or e-book or course that can help you generate leads to your website, or help you to position your prospects right over the telephone or something or the other that you see can help make your business 'take off' to another level.

If you are new to having an online business, or even if you happen to be in an existing business and it is not working for you right now, then the volume of spammy emails you get suddenly begin to look attractive and you always seem to find that one email that seems to draw you away from what you are supposed to be doing and take you clear down a well worn and beaten track way out in the back of beyond and before you know it, it has taken you in a completely different direction to one you may have originally wanted to go towards.

STOP! And smell the 'coffee!' Chances are your current MLM or Network Marketing opportunity has all the training and guidance you need, but its knowing how to get access at the right time. If you are in the right business, your mentor should be guiding and coaching you towards the tools you need, they should guide you as to what path you should be taking, showing you your possible options for business growth, depending on your time and money available to you.

It can be tough for newbies and for those who have been around for a while who put in a lot of effort doing the things which do not add value to their business. So what can you do to ensure your efforts and actions that you are taking are leading you to the path of success in your network marketing business?

First read through all the materials you have been directed to in your current online business. Ask your upline or mentor for guidance as to where to start, what actions you need to take. Remember they have already been through what you are going through, why struggle to make do on your own you have just spent a shed load of money to set yourself up in business with the outcome of one day being able to work from home. So, go ahead and use the resources available to you. Make your self a study guide as to what aspects of the business you need to get through on a daily and weekly basis in order to strengthen your knowledge base and help put you in a better position in your business all round.

Plug into the training whether it is online, web based, or weekly/monthly meetings. Ensure you take ACTION once you have undertaken that training as this will help to put you into a 'routine' of developing your business with a more focussed attitude if you know what career path in your business you are going to take.

It is so important to keep in touch with your group or coach/mentor/upline regularly, as Zig Ziglar puts it 'we need a dose of motivation on a daily basis, its essential to help keep us going, just like having to bathe daily is a must in order to stop from becoming smelly.

So the next time you are online and you are innocently reading your emails, or getting distracted by twitter, or facebook turn them off and get your planner out and look at what you could be doing today to help you to work towards your business goals.

Looking for creative ideas - I’m a student of Business management. I have been given a task by a local business to Improve there marketing to increase their sales, after a drop in interest in a certain service. The Business is a Local Health and leisure centre and is currently suffering from a drop in sales and interest in the adult swimming service. The Business have suffered from a drop in sales by nearly 50% in the past two years. They have asked me to create a business plan and an idea to how they can improve their marketing and increase their sales in adult swimming sessions. I am posting on here, to seek advice on any ideas that you may have about how a small leisure centre can increase sales in the adult swimming market. Any ideas would be welcome as I am currently struggling to come up with an idea that is very effective and cheap to carry out, so any ideas would be welcome. Hope I have given you enough basic info, don't hesitate to ask if you need more information. Again any ideas would be very welcome and I would appreciate your help. I will be looking forward to hearing some of your ideas. Looking for a quick reply as i have not got long to complete the task and organise my presentation to local businesses. The Best Business Books Ever: The 100 Most Influential Business Books You'll Never Have Time to Read - this is a fascinating book about the history of Business theory, and I'd recommend it to anybody. 2. The Big Book of Small Business: You Don't Have to Run Your Business by the Seat of Your Pants, by Tom Gegax. Ditto. 3. PADI: The Business of Diving Book Okay, so this book won't be of use to anyone who doesn't want to start a scuba store, but I did, and this book was of course invaluable to me in reaching that goal.

Re: My 3 best business books - It seems that Napoleon Hill works help a lot of business men. He had done a really good job. I bought Think and Grow Rich many times.
