Nicodemus, He First Dipped His Toe Into The Water.

As you build your business, you will have questions, and you will find answers and solutions. But, with proper attention to common and basic business principles and relationships, there are few things better than a Home Business. The advantages are many.

Network Marketing is the most popular form of Home Business. It’s the modern way to work from home. As you grow, the prosperity and stability you enjoy from your Home Businesss will draw new Marketing People to you, increasing profit and enjoyment even more. Network marketing is at its best, and most enjoyable, when business relationships are strong. And business relationships become strong when commitment is strong.

One of my favorite stories is of a man that was curiously careful. It's the biblical story of Nicodemus who came to Jesus at night. We are not told exactlywhy he came at night, but we do know that it was at night when hecame. And I think it’s perfectly acceptable to carefully speculate a little here. He was a ruler in Israel and being one powerful Sanhedrin he obtained his power and his wealth because of his position. To be seen with Jesus would not be good. After all Jesus was a common carpenter turned teacher, and Nicodemus was no doubt one of the top three or four richest men in Jerusalem at the time. And Nicodemus knew how his peers felt about Jesus. But Nicodemus had to see Jesus to ask questions. He had much to lose and so he therefore came quietly to ask those questions. He had to first dip his toe into the water, so-to-speak.

Historians and legend suggest that, after the crucifixion, when Nicodemus finally did cast his lot with Jesus he was stripped of all he had by the ruling society of the day. Interestingly, because Nicodemus had the courage he did, this story continues to be told almost 2000 years later, and has blessed countless millions of people throughout thecenturies.

There is so much more to this story, but for now it is sufficient to remember this. You must first determine what is important to you. When you make your commitment your life will be forever changed.

I am married, and a Canadian. When our three children were young, we moved to Texas (that is what happens to Canadians who marry Texans) and I started a business from the living room of our home. I worked incredibly hard calling on businesses during the day and doing administrative work in the evening. I could not come home too early in the day, because if I did there would be a shout "daddy is home" and my working day would end. Early in the growth of our business I took my wife to dinner and asked her if she would be willing to sell our home to keep the business going. She quickly agreed. A short time later I moved into an office and then purchased the office building. The company grew to over 50 full time employees and multi-million dollars in sales. I then sold the company and it now has over 125 full time employees. Many consider this company, starting from the living room of our home, to be one of the premier companies throughout West and Central Texas. I was often asked this question. "What inspired you to come up with an idea to start a business like that"? My answer was always the same; "my family had to eat". It was no more complicated than that, and it seemed to satisfy most.  I am now a Home Business owner and my business can be viewed at http://healthandwellnessnews

Re: Getting Started Re: Getting Started -
Hello to everyone, from Williamston, North Carolina. I am interested in getting my vision of an indoor waterpark industry started. I am seeking guidance and advice on accomplishing a successful business plan. Thank you.[/quote:32u6n4jp] Water Country USA opened a couple of years ago here in Hampton Roads, VA, quite close to Busch Gardens... I've actually never been there but friends have and it must be a huge place.... Which will cost millions of dollars - to buy the land, to build the "rides", to get the water... So I'm also wondering if you'd care to share more of your dream... do you have investors lined up, a location picked out, etc?
Re: Water balls - funny business idea Re: Water balls - funny business idea -
$1000 is not too costly for the waterfall if they market it well. They should market it to corporate bodies who have enough money to burn on advertisment[/quote:7t0dim7x] Well, you have a point here. Although, not all people could afford that amount especially when there are good and also cool marketing tactics around which are FREE! People are so hungry with freebies nowadays. So as this Water Ball could really be of high quality to sell upfront, you can start promoting it on web posting your website on "free ads", free press releases, etc to increase your traffic. Then once you've gathered your audience, it's good way to start selling.
Manufacture of POTATO Flour / POTATO Powder Manufacture of POTATO Flour / POTATO Powder - Manufacture of POTATO Flour / POTATO Powder About Project Setting up of a unit for manufacture of potato powder About Product and its use: Potato powder is increasingly being used in a variety of food preparations like snack foods (Mc Donald, Pringle, Haldiram namkeens etc.), soups, curries and other dishes as a thickening agent. However, capacity utilisation can be increased if the existing cold storages are modified suitably with an additional investment of about Rs 2000/ MT. Potato powder recovery: 17% of the raw material. Cost of raw material (potato): Rs 2500 per MT, Sale price of powder: Rs. 55000/ MT.
