Do Cell Phones Cause Cancer?
In September 2008, the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) commissioned numerous studies trying to find a definitive link between cell phone usage and heightened cancer risk ... and consistently came up empty.
In May 2011, a W.H.O. panel determined that cell phones are a possible carcinogen meaning the globalist health bureaucracy still can't prove that cell phones do in fact cause cancer.
According a recently released study from the American Cancer Society, only 6% of cancer causes are caused by environmental factors, anyway. That means all the pollution in the air, all the dangerous nuclear radiation that might be emanating into the environment, all the x-rays people are subject to, all the microwaves, cell phones, and other electronic devices together constitute a very low cancer risk.
It is simply not worth worrying about especially when there is so much else you can do to dramatically improve your health and lengthen your life - such as cutting down on sugary and salty snacks, eating more fresh vegetables, exercising regularly, and supplementing with antioxidant vitamins and herbs.
If you do wish to reduce any "possible" risk of cancer from cell phones, then use a hands-free device. Since many cell phones have built-in speaker phone capability, you can use the speaker phone to avoid having to press your handset against your ear.
If you want to seriously reduce your cancer risk, then pay less attention to what's near your body and more attention to what you put in your body. Think of each time you eat, as an opportunity to improve your health. You will live longer, feel better, and achieve a more optimal life overall.
One of the best cancer-fighting beverages you can drink is green tea. It contains antioxidant compounds called polyphenols, which block the formation of cancer-causing chemicals sometimes produced in the stomach. During the summer, iced green tea can be a refreshing way to cool off.
Another way to help stay cancer free is to get plenty of fiber in your diet. The National Cancer Institute recommends that you get at least 20 grams of dietary fiber daily. Dietary fiber can help top cancer, especially in the stomach and colon. You can get fiber from fruits such as apples, most vegetables, grains, and beans. To reduce your risk of prostate cancer, snack on Brazil nuts.
Finally, supplementing with vitamins and herbs can give your body the boost it needs to ward off the formation of cancer cells. A daily multivitamin is a good starting point. You can also supplement separately with vitamin C (vitamin C can safely be taken in multiples of the recommended Daily Value). Other cancer-fighting supplements to consider include: garlic, turmeric, ginseng, saw palmetto, and milk thistle.
In addition, we should take steps to slow aging to the extent we can. Our bodies already contain the information for how to effectively combat stressful situations such as oxidative stress and chronic inflammation. That information is stored in our genes. The secret lies in being able to instruct cells regarding the implementation of that information, allowing you to keep your primary vehicle, your body, running well - able to withstand the "rusting" of aging and taking you where you want to go for many years to come.
As mentioned in a previous posts on this blog, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Chief Medical Correspondent at CNN, has reported that "Practical Immortality may now be within our grasp."
So now the question becomes, "how do we slow the rate of aging and avoid the frailty that would make longevity less desirable?"
With antioxidant supplements, we can slow our rate of aging; with a nutrition and fitness routine, we can avoid frailty and improve our health; and with an industry leading home business opportunity, we can make great money and create financial wealth.

Re: America's 9 Most Stolen Products
- Hey Evan,
I'm pretty surprised by some of the items on the list. Cell phones and small electronic gadgets are the normal items to get stolen in my area that I hear about. Food, especially meat and stuff, seems odd, but the reasons are understandable as Michelle pointed out. Meat is rather expensive these days, and I'm sure many have a hard time affording the meat they would really like to have. Those excuses are hilarious.
Cell Phones: blessings or curses?
- Do you really want to be available for anyone and everyone on a 24/7 basis? What do I mean? A famous person once said that the more available you make yourself; the more available everyone will expect you to be. People will actually be annoyed if you are not instantly and constantly available rather than being pleased when you do call. People expecting you to be available all the time may be annoying. Cell phone calls follow you everywhere you are including your bathroom. Even during nighttime when you want to rest, cell phones continue to ring and annoy you. If it is important, no problem but if it is very menial, why you need to be bothered so late.
Today in this modern society, we live in and the proliferation of cell phones we see people talking anywhere and everywhere. If used for business, this may prove to be very effective and worthy. However, for very menial issues being bothered in your sleep and even during your bathroom time may be quite annoying if not outright disgusting. However, if you make yourself available all the time, you created your own nightmare.
Cell phone etiquette is getting to be a forgotten concept. You will see people talking on the phone loudly and disturbs people nearby in restaurants and even in offices. I am sure by now, once or twice in a meeting you will notice that when a cell phone rings, almost everyone around will immediately look for their cell phones. If you were the one talking, and then the person in front of you talks on his phone, how would you feel? I am sure you will feel belittled and ignored. Rude practice, and should be changed.
It may help people who use cell phones to follow certain degree of etiquette with respect to the use of cell phones specially in places where you may seem rude if you use or even when your cell phone rings.
When you are in a place of worship, it may be necessary to leave your cell phone in the house or at least turn it off if you do not want to be away with it. This is because ringing cell phone will not just disturb you while you pray it will also disturb others. You do not need to show off your expensive gadget in a place of worship.
During meetings, please turn off your cell phone; it is rude to have your phone ringing while somebody speaks. Disruption may cause problems especially when the meeting tackles extremely important issues. However, if you are waiting for terribly important call, you may use the vibrate mode of your cell phone to alert you when a call is in-coming and leave the meeting if you need to answer the call. You may also inform the possible caller that you are in a meeting and that you cannot be disturbed.
When traveling and if you are on-board an aircraft, you will be required to turn off your phone. This is because electronics devices may interfere with the aircraft’s avionics. Thus, it is a requirement to turn of your phone for safety reasons. However, for extremely long flights, airline companies allow cell phone usage at a certain time, if you really need to make a phone call, use this time allotted if necessary.
Cell phone have become to be a necessity nowadays, that is why most people use it and cell phone manufacturers have continuously develop different usage and functions for this very small gadget. Be globally competitive, but you should understand that being rude is not part of modernity. Follow certain degree of etiquette; this will be very helpful to you and your business.
Re: Who hates cold calling?
- About 15 years ago I worked for this sales company that used to sell anything from Kitchen Knives to Dry Cell Torches. The owner was a very motivating guy and he would ask us to get to the office by 7.00AM and we could sing and dance for an hour before we went to sell the products in the streets, stopping anyone and telling them our products were on discount. We used to sell snow to Eskimos, why were we able to do that? because of PMA (Positive Mental Attitude). The key to cold calling is like beauty, in eyes of the beholder. If you have no PMA, you cannot sell. Remember the law of average that states that if you went to a dance and every girl or guy you approached for a dance decline your proposal. What do you do? Do you stop? If you have a PMA, you continue until you get one person who agree to dance with you despite how ugly you look, that is is PMA and that is the power of cold calling.
Re: Sales Letters: Do they work?
- Sales letters are a unique and very beneficial element to almost any businesses marketing and sales letters, if done professionally and ethically.
According to Rudyard Kipling, 'words are the most powerful drug we humans can deliver'
the reason these letters and sites work, and they do, trust me, is people they are targeted to a very specific type of person/demographic. The more you understand your market, the better you can write your sales letters and collateral material.
Every form of communication essentially uses this format,
identify the pain
propose a solution
offer proof - through testimonials
outline the benefits
make an offer they cant refuse
etc
etc
if your radar flags when you read some one else's letter, that only speaks to your own integrity and how you want to be seen.
In fact, some of the best sales letters every written have been for
World Wildlife Fund, Foster Parents Plan, Canadian Cancer Society etc.
The difference is that now mainstream businesses and especially information marketers are using these tactics. Personally the formula is used all the time in every successful campaign - you only need to decide what you are comfortable with.
As far as one of the links Shri provided, I'm very familiar with his work and quite frankly wouldnt bother recommending it....
But to sum up - sales letters are an old and traditional way of motivating someone to buy - right now.
dont knock it - if you aint tried it. But make sure you are 100% acting in integrity and within the comfort level of your audience.
