Self improvement resources-Are you born with self-doubt or trained to have it?

Article Overview: Were you born having self-doubt or has someone or something programmed you that way? Self-doubt is a very destructive creature. It can put you in places in your mind that you have probably tried to leave in the past. Why does self-doubt reoccur? Well it reoccurs when you are trying to improve yourself as a person. It is kind of like the angel on one shoulder and the demon on the other. Procrastination along with self-doubt is your worst dream crusher. These two entities show up when you are trying to stray from the herd. Why do you want to be like the herd anyway?

The wealthiest people control self-doubt. The wealthy people have methods, resources and procedures that they practice against that evil creature when it appears to do its evil deed. Ever wonder why that is? We are so programmed to have a secure job, pension, study hard and go to college, but in reality most people that have become rich have not done that. These are the people that have gone against the tide, have removed the self-doubt that someone or something have programmed them to have and developed the courage that most people run away from.

We all hear the rags-to-riches stories. A person from a poor family rises to become an inventor of some type of system, a person from another country becomes owner of several manufacturing companies or a homeless person turning their life around and impacting thousands of lives. We see and hear these stories and I wonder how they do that? They do it by losing the idea implanted in them that they are and will remain poor. They remove the self-doubt and take the risks and suffer the pains because they have made the conscious and subconscious decision thattheyandyouhave what it takes to be rich for a very long time.

So now I ask again are you born with self-doubt or are we taught to have self-doubt?. I believe people are programmed to have self-doubt, so that we can become pawns. You do not have to be a pawn if you don’t want to be, but you are one because you are afraid to take the step to free yourself from the norm. So be courageous and take the first step. Make the conscious decision to remove that self-doubt which is keeping you in poverty.

Are girls allowed to be businesspeople, or must they stay at home?
Re: Hi I'm new here - Thanks David I'm currently helping a client to improve the process for the manufacturing of packaging machines. We have already successfully gone through the first stage of improvement by reducing scraps as the cost of materials like aluminium are getting higher and overtime work. Now we are in the process of improving the design of this machines as of conforms with the design for manufacturability guidelines. This job is really taking alot from me, especially on the enginnering stuff, and I'm getting comfortable by having one solution at a time. As to the main challenge that I had encountered was to change the habit of the employees from being passive non-contributors into participative. I also experienced some resentment of employees initially, but after cunsultations and interviews they are now accepting the fact the improvement is necessary for the company to be more competitive. thank you
New member here to help! - Hello everyone! My name is Steven and I am from Texas. I started my own Time Trial racing series called the Chrono-X. (i.e. a competitive race in the automotive industry) Here's a little info about me: Graduated from Mcoy Business School, degree in management with an entrepreneurial focus covering marketing, finance, economics, public relations, and business plan development. Before switching to business I majored in graphics design and 3d animation. I also have had jobs where I was trained in digital portrait retouching, mailer card designs, photo album layout design, and graphical arts. More recently I was trained in next generation graphics design and advertising arts. I also do website design and have a few websites out there of my own. I currently am the VP of Marketing in charge of promotions, collateral material, and public relations at Harris Hill Road. In my last job, I was trained in website traffic generation and promotion. I am currently working on a new type of business plan for the future, one that gets the information across quickly, efficiently, and without pain. I'm working on getting it official by the end of 2010. BLAH BLAH! I know, I'm not trying to make anyone fall asleep but I didn't think you would read the whole thing anyway! So ask me any questions, I'd love to try and help with anything! I also love to photoshop stuff for fun, so if you have anything you want help with let me know!
